Situated on the top floor of a quadraplex, this condo has a dining room and two large open living areas with a fireplace, two large sofas, two comfy recliners, color cable tv and dvd player. Vaulted ceilings and high level windows make this area light and airy. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a full laundry room for your convenience. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, color cable tv and private bath. The second bedroom has two twin beds, color cable TV with a full bath across the hall. CABLE INTERNET and Unlimited Long Distance Available.
This unit sleeps eight comfortably (one King, two twins, two large sleeper sofas). If you need more room, we will happily put you in touch with the owners of the condo which adjoins ours to discuss renting both units for a total of five bedrooms and two kitchens.
Cape San Blas has been voted #1 beach in all of America featuring white sand beaches, dolphins playing daily in the ocean, loggerhead turtles and awesome St. Joseph's State Park.
This is definitely Old Florida: Beach bonfires, no crowds, just beautiful sand, clear water, an uncrowded beach and complete relaxation.

Roxanne, this was truly a lovely place to spend two weeks. Each place we've stayed over the years has had its own special charm, but yours was the most comfortable inside and the most beautiful outside. Your interior colors and furniture are so refreshing, and the cathedral ceiling and the high windows give so much light! It's been grand sitting on the deck and reading, watching the changing moods of the Gulf water, shelling, watching the dolphins that came almost every morning, watching the sun set. We wish you and your father well in renting it and for opportunities to spend quiet time here yourselves.

The beach home was very comfortable and filled all our needs. We walked for miles on the beach at St. Joe Park. We went to Appalachicola during our stay. We also had steamed shrimp at the little place "Indian Pass". That is the best shrimp in the world. Many thanks again for your kindness and thoughtfulness.
