This home is tastefully decorated and will provide your family or two families all the necessities needed for a wonderful Fripp experience. This four bedroom, three bathroom home includes two master suites, perfect for two families. One master has a king bed, and the other two full beds, the third bedroom has a queen bed and the fourth bedroom has twin beds. Both master bathrooms are very spacious, one with a spa garden tub and shower and the other with a nice walkin shower. New Plasma 50 inch TVand hardwood floors in living room.
The living area and kitchen are designed to be open and spacious. For a quiet evening relax on the back deck and listen to the ocean or rock in one of the two rocking chairs on the front porch. You can also enjoy bonus room on the lower level, with bunk beds, cable TV. Enjoy the two-car garage and lots of driveway space for extra parking. This home is a place you will want to visit again and again.
Enjoy 'Fifth at Fripp', located on the fifth fairway of Ocean Pointe Golf Course, just a one minute golf cart ride to the beach (*best beach access on the island, you ALWAYS have beach even at high tide!) Enjoy a golf cart ride to a new three pool complex including misty caves, flower edged waterfalls, cafe, boutique and grill- all with incredible ocean views. Perfect for toddlers, with their own giant pool and slide, to adults with two additional pools and separate areas.
You can also take a short stroll to the Fripp Island Beach Club- two pools with beach access steps away, the Island Pizzeria, the Lil’Dipper Ice Cream Shop, the Fripp Island Tennis Center, Fripp Island Fitness Center and more. And don’t forget about the Marina, the Island excursion hub, only a short drive in the golf cart, offers beautiful sunsets overlooking the marshes. Rent a scooter, bikes, extra golf cars or take a sunset cruise or if fishing is your passion, rent a rod and reel, whatever your pleasure, the Marina is sure to satisfy.
2 Amenity cards are available for pick up when you arrive for the summer weeks. These amenity cards allow use of all island amenities (pools, restaurants, kids’ camp, marina, tennis, three golf courses etc.) Children under 11 do not need a card.

My brother and I purchased this house. We have lived in SC all our lives and vacationed at every spot SC has to offer. We love Fripp because it is private. It is also less expensive than the Charleston area with much the same charm. The area is very historical, Beaufort and Port Royal. Great restaurants are in Beaufort and you are not far from the shopping outside Hilton Head in Bluffton.
I can not think of a more relaxing island where you can take your golf cart everywhere and you can be on the beach in minutes from anywhere on the island because of it size.
Our house is very comfortable.It is not overly done. All our guests feel right at home with the well stocked kitchen and many amenities.The house is on very large lot with nice views and lots of parking.

Jan, Happy New Year. We had a wonderful Christmas at your home. Everyone loved my selection for our stay at Fripp. Your home accommodated our families very well. They complemented your property several times over the course of the week. You have a beautiful place at Fripp Island. Thanks for putting the tree up, that was special.

I must say, this was a fantastic vacation house. We love the island and the house. Both seem to be under great management. We found everything very comfortable. The wi-fi was great for both the adults and kids. The books, games and dvds were an added bonus and would have come in handy if we would have had rainy days (which we were fortunate to not have). The bathrooms were large, which were great for all the girls <smile>, and the beds were very comfortable. As I said on the phone, we love the kitchen! Suggestion: utensils for the grill. If you had them, we couldn't find them...i.e. metal spatula for flipping burgers.

Jan, We take a lot of vacations, and I honestly can tell you this may have been the best ever. All our plans to go to Charleston and Savannah did not materialize. We loved your home and the island so much that beaufort was our only venture. I believe we may have done everything the island offers!! Not one sunrise or sunset was missed. Thank you for letting us have this experience.
