With a wonderful and unobstructed view of the Caribbean Sea. Villa Santa Clara is a spacious and open house that has been designed around the swimming pool. It has been completely renovated in 2009, with new fittings in 2011. It has a simple and refined elegance, but it is convivial and reflects harmony and peace. The villa is settled on a property of 1.2 ha in Terres Basses, in the main residential area au the French part of St Martin's Island.
Villa Santa Clara is ideally located, 10 minutes walking from the most beautiful beaches of the island and very close from the restaurants and activities of the Dutch part.

General description: Villa Santa Clara has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, all with king size bed and en-suite bathroom. The spacious living and dining room are widely opening on the swimming pool. Outside, a comfortable gazebo, regularly ventilated with West Indian openings, is the ideal place at every time: shaded, opposite the pool and with sea view. The villa entrance is private and there is a large car park.
Living and dining room, terrace and pool: spacious, the large ventilated living room of 80 sq.m. is nicely furnished with a large white leather sofa and natural wood furnitures. It offers a large plasma screen TV, Canal + decoder, DVD player, CD player and Ipod station. The living room opens on the dining room, equipped with a high table with 6 bar chairs in natural teak.
The living and dining room open on the terrace, with a bar and a second dining area outdoors, opposite the pool, a 200 sq.m beach and sun loungers. The large gazebo offers an outdoor lounge area. A separate place contains a guest cloakroom and an outdoor shower, very convenient after the beach or bathing in the pool. The pool of 40 sq.m, has been completely renovated with a diamond bright shape.
Bedrooms: the 3 bedrooms have beautiful wooden four-poster beds, characteristic of creole tradition, with their mosquito net. All bedrooms have the same comfort and equipment features: a king size bed of 2x2 meters, air conditioning, large closets, storage spaces, carpets, private en-suite shower room with large shower and toilet. All 3 are equipped with an iPod station and a small safe. A hair dryer and a bathroom scales are available in all bedrooms. Santa Clara is located 10 minutes away from the Dutch part of the Island, with casinos and nightclubs, but at the same time is located in a haven of peace and tranquillity. The airport is 10 minutes away by car.
The house is spacious, comfortable and convivial. It has been designed around the pool and the gazebo offers a real lounge area.
