Luxury accommodations at a great price. Our apartment is a newly remodeled two bedroom, two bath, beach front unit in the Beach Manor at the beautiful Tops’l Resort (402). Your view includes Sugar White Beaches, Emerald Sea and the Four Mile Village nature preserve. This unit is on the beach. The sandy beach is a stroll out the back door.
This fourth floor unit has two large balconies, unique to the Panhandle and is great for parties, sun bathing and a kids play area. There is a king-size bed in the master bedroom and a queen size bed in the guest bedroom and a queen-size sleeper. A spare single mattress is also available. 10' ceilings and stone and wood flooring gives you the sense that you are somewhere special.
We have just remodeled the unit with hardwood floors in the bedrooms, and a walk in travertine tiled shower and double granite topped vanities in the master bath. Mahogany doors and many upgrades in this platinum level unit gives you an exotic location feel. You will not find a more luxurious apartment on the beach in Destin. You'll want to come back again and again.

Our condominium also has a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, etc.), washer and dryer, ceiling fans in every room, stereo/CD player with CD's, large flat screen TV (free HBO), and DVD in living room and master bedroom, private balcony, use of our owner’s beach locker (which is stocked with beach umbrellas, chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys), Our home has ten foot ceilings. A full linen package is provided.
Covered parking deck (so your car is always in the shade and you can go to and from the condominium without getting wet in the event of an afternoon rain shower. Our unit has marble floors in the main area with hardwoods in the bedrooms for a true beach feel. No Smoking or Pets allowed. Minimum age requirement of 26 for singles. Mr. David, WOW what can I say about our experience at Tops'l and your condo!!! I have been going to Destin for about 5 or 6 years in a row now and your place is truly the best one I have stayed at. I love that the condo is updated and modern, I love that there is a brick wall on the back patio as I have a 16 month old that we brought this year. I love the fact that it is away from all the busyness of downtown Destin. I could literally go on and on, but the fact of the matter is I just plain loved the whole experience!!! My family and I talked about coming back next year around the same time and they wanted me to ask you if it was available, however, we probably would not book until January like we did this past year. I realize there would be no guarantee that it would still be available come January but we wanted to see if there was anything on the books yet for next year August 11-18. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience this year! Thanks, Amber

We spent a week at this condo with our 2 children and another couple. This gorgeous unit is spacious and well stocked with everything you need. We never felt cramped. We went to a nearby grocery store to stock up with food for the week. We cooked most of our meals and the kitchen had everything we needed. Great restaurants nearby too. The huge balcony is another room all by itself. And then there is the beach...wow! Loved the fact that we were so close to the beach. We also loved the fact that this location was not as crowded as other spots in destin yet we could get anywhere in just a short drive. Kind of felt like we had our own private beach. Can't say enough about how great everything was. Thank you for sharing your condo with us

My family stayed at this beautiful Tops'l Beach Manor condo back in April. We had a great time and loved this condo! The owners were a pleasure to work with. Our 2 year old daughter loved the patio and it was totally safe for her to play outside. We hope to stay here again.
