This spacious vacation haven provides a quiet waterfront property with water activity amenities, access to an all sports lake, just minutes from the Tanger Outlet mall, across the river from thousands of acres of the Au Sable State Forest.
Fully furnished, two bedroom (plus loft) home on one acre river-front property that sleeps six comfortably. The master bedroom has one king-size bed. The second bedroom has one queen-size bed. The loft has a trundle bed with two twin-size mattresses. Fully functional kitchen, washer/dryer, sitting room, and recreation room with pool table, outdoor gas grill, picnic table and airconditioning complete this spacious getaway. Water amenities include a canoe at no extra charge and a Weeres Pontoon Fish 160 at an additional charge. The pontoon accommodates 6 people maximum.
