Located in so called ‚Banane’ (the most exclusive part of the city) on the 2nd floor of a typical French turn-of-the-century building.
Close to supermarket & specialty grocery stores, Airport Shuttle and the train station, The clever layout of the apartment is designed for 5 people with 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, a cozy living room, a westside balcony and a fully equipped American pantry.
Air conditionning will keep you cool ! The New Yorker design office „spatial design studio“ has conceptualised the 2nd bedroom on an upper level. The furniture is modern and elegant but cheerful.

L'appartamento e' meraviglioso, pulitissimo, confortevole e luminoso, l'accoglienza e' stata ottima ed i proprietari sono gentilissimi ! Ho trascorso una splendida vacanza con il mio fidanzato e due shih-tzu, i nostri figli; ci siamo trovati divinamente. La spiaggia e' molto vicina, a pochi metri c'e' il supermercato e in pochi minuti di passeggiata si raggiunge la Croisette. Lo consigliamo ache per il design e l'originalita' degli arredi !!! Appartement idéalement situé au centre de cannes près des bars à ambiance, croisette, mer... Idéal aussi pour les familles car l'appartement est très bien isolé et nous n'avons pas entendu de bruit. Il est à la fois pratique et design, tout est bien pensé et on ne se marche pas dessus. Appartement neuf et propre. Bref, idéal pour des vacances sans contraintes. We have used the apartment on several occasions and will cary on returning as it is always an enjoyable stay. Very well situated within Cannes and points of interests are all walking distance. The apartment is always very clean and well prepared for our arrival, it has the space required and all the equipment that we like.
