Welcome to Your Rotonda Villa, a new 4 bedroom home in Rotonda West on Florida's Gulf Coast awaits your arrival for the luxurious, memorable vacation you deserve. A family friendly home it has been furnished to a very high standard in tropical 'Florida Style' decor which is delightful and fun as our gallery of photos attests. All the comforts of home with all the amenities of a 5 Star resort you'll find the Villa well-equipped with everything you need. Designed and built exclusively for rental the layout of the Villa was customized to provide guests privacy in the sleeping areas and generous, open spaces in the main living areas of the house with expansive glass overlooking the pool and deck. 2 Master Suites with King Size beds and two further bedrooms with 2 twin beds in each the house easily accommodates up to 8 people. Each of the 4 bedrooms has its own bathroom which for large groups this is a much appreciated feature! A crib and high chair are available upon request.
A large screened in cage covers the oversized 16' X 24' electrically heated pool. Its south facing aspect allows you to enjoy Florida's Sun without moving your pool loungers. Heated year round 80-85 F for your comfort with lighting for nighttime swimming you may spend more time outdoors than inside. The pool deck area has 6 Sun Loungers, patio/lanai table seating for 8, a Gas BBQ as well as an assortment of pool toys, floats and pool volleyball equipment. A baby barrier fence is provided for safety around the pool.
For your entertainment, each of the 4 bedrooms has a TV w/ DVD player. Throughout the Villa High Speed Wireless Internet access is available (just bring your laptop) and Stereo Sound is controlled with individual speaker controls though the house and pool area. You’ll agree the family room has it all with a 32 inch Sony TV, DVD player, Playstation 2, Karaoke, Guitar Hero and includes a library of movies, music, games, and books.
For your pleasure, there are 4 Cadillac Eldorado Bicycles with helmets provided. These comfort cruisers bikes are so much fun to ride. Rotonda has many quiet streets which are easy pedaling for all ages. The Cape Haze Pioneer Trail is just less than 2 miles from the Villa and is a paved bike path which runs about 15 miles from Englewood to Placida.
The golfers in your group will love Rotonda! With 7 golf courses within its boundaries and our 'house' golf membership our guests have Unlimited Golf during their stay. There are over 30 golf courses within a 30 minute drive of our home. Be sure to bring your clubs or you are welcome to use ours- we have a set of men's and a set of women's clubs.
A quiet residential neighborhood, Rotonda West is ideally located midway between Sarasota and Fort Myers on the Cape Haze Peninsula just minutes from fabulous beaches, golf, world class fishing, shopping, and restaurants. Nearby beaches include Boca Grande, Englewood, and Manasota Key are a fun outing. We provide beach chairs, coolers, umbrella, and pails, shovel and other beach toys for young and old.

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation in your home, and we would certainly consider renting it in the future. Once again, we were very impressed with your home, and found it to be well stocked, having everything we would ever need. It was apparent that you thought of everything that a family would need while on vacation.The pool area was more than adequate. The quality and amount of the lounge furniture was a great addition. We will certainly consider staying at your home again, because of the quality and service.

Our enjoyable stay in the quiet location was for 2 weeks in early February 2011. We very much appreciated the owner's attention to detail e.g. labelling all the light switches. The accommodtion was very spacious and clean; and the kitchen was extremely well equipped. We loved the convenience of the home's heated pool, as well as the closeby golf courses. It was thoughtful to leave the availability of the bicycles and golf clubs as well, of course, the golfing membership card (which made for extremely reasonable golfing indeed!). We have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this particular VRBO rental.

Hi Vanessa, At a minimum, I can say for all of us who stayed in your home, it was quite an honor. Your home exceeded all of our expectations. Not only is it beautiful and spacious, but it is well stocked for all possible options for enjoyment. I think the key to this home is its location – set in a cozy neighborhood in a quaint town close to grocery stores, restaurants and all we could possibly need. I have to say our favorite evening out was spent at Howard’s Steak and Seafood. What a great restaurant! The food was incredible. After spending a week in your home, I can honestly say if I could build a home in Illinois, it would be built exactly like 279 Broadmoor Lane. We are positively looking forward to scheduling again in the near future. Mark Illinois

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your villa. We have stayed in my villas over the years in Spain and Portugal, but they did not come close to the high standard found in your residence. My wife and I were so happy with the accommodation that she wants to leave the UK, buy a place Florida, spend 6 months a year there and the rest of the year in France. In reply to your questions below, we could not fault the cleanliness of the house and pool. We had little contact with the management company and therefore we could not assess them. The air conditioning in the villa was fine but we found a setting of 78 degrees as more comfortable than 80 which was recommended by the management company. If we come back to Florida in the future we would use your villa and we will definately recommend your place to our friends. My youngest son and I enjoyed the bicycles and used them on four out of the eight days we stayed. I cannot think of any improvement to your villa other than you could do with some wine glasses and instructions for use of some of the equipment could be placed in your information file with an idiots guide to their use. I would like to thank you for hiring your home to us, and I made sure that my children enjoyed themselves but respected your home, after the great amount of effort that you have put into it.

Vanessa -- just wanted to thank you so much for a wonderful stay at your home. We all had a fabulous time and the house was just perfect. The way the bedrooms were arranged worked great with grandparents and our teenage son - everyone had their own space yet enjoyed the openess of the living area/kitchen. Of course the pool was icing on the cake for all. My husband and son enjoyed two days of golfing too which was very much appreciated.

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation in your home, and we would certainly consider renting it in the future. The house was very clean and tidy upon our arrival. We received a call from the management company on the first day, and then they were very responsive on Easter Sunday morning by stopping by to make arrangements for my brother to take advantage of their golf package. The pool area was more than adequate. The quality and amount of the lounge furniture was a great addition. Everything was in fine working order, with these two exceptions that we made note of for the management company: A) The rubber seal on the top of the blender was missing, so that appliance was not able to be used without a spill resulting, and B) The TV remote in the second master bedroom did not work properly. During the days I turned off the thermostat when the doors were opened to the lanai, but I did not adjust the temperature. Once again, we were very impressed with your home, and found it to be well stocked, having everything we would ever need. It was apparent that you thought of everything that a family would need while on vacation. We will certainly consider staying at your home again, because of the quality and service.
