Relax and enjoy our luxurious formal living room overlooking the pool, lanai, lakes and golf course beyond. Sit and enjoy our formal dining room whilst overlooking landscaped gardens and views through to Coral Creek. The comfortable study is a casual room equipped with a large TV, cable channels and a DVD. In addition this room contains the Master Station for CD music throughout the house. The family room features a spectacular picture window with views of lakes and golf course and is comfortably furnished with sofas and a TV. Adjacent to the kitchen is a nook which allows for casual dining and access to both the pool and guest area.
The well appointed kitchen is fully fitted with every appliance you will need. This includes a full sized electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal unit and a large fridge freezer. There are many storage cupboards and a central island. A separate Laundry room leads off from the kitchen with a front loading washer and dryer and access to the three-car garage.
The master bedroom suite has a king sized bed, an armoire with a TV and a walk-in closet. Sliding doors lead directly onto the lanai and pool deck area. The Master Bathroom is extremely spacious with a large walk in shower, corner bath, his and hers vanity unit and separate toilet.
The guest wing consists of two large bedrooms, one with a queen sized bed and the other with twin beds. Both have extensive wardrobe space and lovely views. The guest bathroom has an enclosed bath tub and a his and hers vanity unit together with a large cupboard for linen, bath and beach towels.
The Lanai has a vaulted ceiling with twin fans and lights. A table and chairs are provided for alfresco dining. The massive pool deck is elevated and gives fantastic views over lakes and Golf Course. The deck is surrounded by beautiful native flowering shrubs and is a truly great place to watch birds, wildlife and spectacular sunsets. A separate bathroom is situated off the lanai area.
Dolphin and Manatee sighting cruises are available in the area and if you enjoy boating various charter agencies offer fully equipped power boats for rental. Golfers are well catered for with several championship courses in the nearby Rotonda area and Cape Haze has its own "Links" course. Boca Grand, famous for its Tarpon Fishing Tournament, is only a few minutes down the road and there are many local fishing guides and charters available at the nearby Marinas.
The area around the villa has an abundance of wildlife and Birds. There is an Osprey nest in a tree just across the road and is clearly visible from all rooms at the front of the villa. Spend your days fishing and shelling on the beautiful local beaches of Boca Grande, Don Pedro and Manasota Key.
