We stayed here with 3 families and the layout was perfect. The back yard and pool were incredible. We had plenty of space! The house was dirty when we arrived. I called the manager and he assured me it was cleaned the day before. He lived 2 doors from the house and didn't even come to look. We had to sweep and vacuum the floors. There were dead bugs in all corners of the house. I had to unload the dishwasher because it was full when we got there. You couldn't even tell if the dishes were clean so we ran it again. The pots and pans were dirty. I cooked eggs in the morning in a pan and had to throw them out because residue from the pan got into the eggs. It really needed new dishes and pans. We stayed in this home July 2010 and loved our stay! There is plenty of room to spread out and relax! The pool was wonderful, sunny most the day. We loved sitting on the dock in the evening and watching the alligator and LOVED watching the Osprey next with the telescope in the home! It's a great location as we love being on the lagoon!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children.
