GREAT!!!! Had a wonderful time. The house is sooooo big. The manager was very nice. The house was clean , just some 5-10 min sweep in the garage. ( the only place that neede a sweep). This home is well worth the money.

This house has so much potential, the back porch and pool are by far the best part. It is beautiful and has an awesome view of the golf course. The house was very dirty, and the furniture was very "abused" It is a shame that renters do not take care of other peoples homes like they do their own. We were disappointed also in that there are really only 4 bedrooms and the 5th is a den with a pull out couch, which should not be counted as a bedroom. There was a crib in the hallway which we did not want to look at all week. Would not rent this again.

Lovely home but needed deep clean!
Lovely home but needed deep clean!
We stayed here with 3 families and the layout was perfect. The back yard and pool were incredible. We had plenty of space! The house was dirty when we arrived. I called the manager and he assured me it was cleaned the day before. He lived 2 doors from the house and didn't even come to look. We had to sweep and vacuum the floors. There were dead bugs in all corners of the house. I had to unload the dishwasher because it was full when we got there. You couldn't even tell if the dishes were clean so we ran it again. The pots and pans were dirty. I cooked eggs in the morning in a pan and had to throw them out because residue from the pan got into the eggs. It really needed new dishes and pans. Thank goodness I brought some of my own. It was really unfortunate because the house itself was great.

Loved our stay!
Loved our stay!
We stayed in this home July 2010 and loved our stay! There is plenty of room to spread out and relax! The pool was wonderful, sunny most the day. We loved sitting on the dock in the evening and watching the alligator and LOVED watching the Osprey next with the telescope in the home! It's a great location as we love being on the lagoon!
