Nestled directly on the Gulf of Mexico between Deer Lake State Park and Eastern Lake, this beautifully decorated, two bedroom, two bath, end-unit, second level, condominium provides everything you need to enjoy a fabulous vacation while experiencing the special Scenic 30-A corridor. Enjoy views of the Gulf, pool, and dunes from the living room and master bedroom.
Hang out on the covered balcony after a day at the beach and take pleasure in the gulf breeze as the sun begins to set while contemplating what to make for dinner in the fully- equipped kitchen. Cook your favorite cut of steak or fish on one of the many grills on the property.
The master bedroom and bath has a king bed, cable TV with DVD, a jetted oversized tub with separate shower and double sinks. The second bedroom provides a queen bed, cable TV with DVD, and a tub/shower combination bath. Workout in the Nautilus gym with steam room and sauna or surf the net via the wireless Internet hot zone available in the unit, poolside and the clubhouse. Covered parking and elevator are also provided.
Your vacation is about not having to worry about anything so the only thing you need to take to the beach with you is your towel. Complimentary, seasonal beach services, two chairs and umbrella, are provided and awaiting your arrival. If it is not a good day for the beach, the 7500 square foot pool is just steps away.
There are actually two pools, separated by a hot tub, with one of the pools being heated seasonally. If you feel like some exercise, enjoy the tennis courts that are private to Dunes of Seagrove or bicycle ride down the 30-A bike path and discover the individual hamlets of Rosemary Beach, Watercolor, and Seaside where you are sure to find the perfect vacation souvenir or find the unique gift for that someone special.
Seaside (where the film "The Truman Story" was filmed) is a must-visit venue with its many shops, restaurants, markets, free family films on Friday nights, and free summer concerts under the stars on Saturday nights, along with other cultural events.
Go hiking in the State Parks that are directly on the Gulf and experience the uniqueness of the coastal dune lakes that are very rare worldwide and found primarily along the Emerald Coast. They are breathtaking with the sand dunes as a backdrop, particularly Deer Lake immediately next door to the Dunes of Seagrove. Take a peaceful kayak ride on Eastern Lake and if the outfall to the Gulf is open, paddle out to in the Gulf where you may experience a dolphin encounter.
Don’t feel like cooking? There are four 'Bon Appetit' restaurants within minutes, as are many casual dining spots from seafood to Italian and Greek. The choices are many and the only problem you will have is making the choice of what will satisfy your appetite.
