Within walking distance of this home, you will find activities to suit any interest, from golfing to rainforest tours to horseback riding to fine dining. Take a stroll down Williams Esplanade on the boardwalk through the charming village of Palm Cove - lined with magnificent Melaleuca and namesake palm trees, where you will find a wide range of world-class restaurants, spas, boutiques, and galleries.
Dining options range from five-star international restaurants to open-air, beachside cafes featuring fish and chips. Whatever cuisine you choose, you can always enjoy the fresh sea breezes and al fresco dining!
Palm Cove is uniquely identified for its jetty. Take an early morning walk out along the jetty and take in spectacular views of the coral coast, or stop to chat with one of the people sure to be fishing from the jetty. Baramundi is the local fish, much prized for its fishing challenge and its dining delight! The Palm Cove jetty is also the pick-up and drop-off point for Great Barrier Reef cruise trips. Why the Owner Chose Palm Cove
We bought our home because it provided us with the maximum living area and the maximum balcony area. The location could not be more perfect, penthouse privacy is terrific. We stayed in Palm Cove for 3 weeks on our honeymoon, so we knew the area pretty well. We wanted a place that had pricacy, access to swimming pools, walkable to the ocean, dinning, and comfort.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
The highest level you can build in Palm Cove is the height of a Palm tree. The city founders determined that Palm Cove will remain a community not a highrise building complex. We spend lots of time on our balcony, it is like having an extra room to enjoy. We enjoy walking to the shops and beach. We always try a different eating spot, there are so many to choose from.

Rene and I honeymooned in Palm Cove and fell in love with the area and the people. We normaly live in Minnesota and the joy of having this warm weather home to enjoy is needed in the dead of winter.
