Large dining room opens to wrap-around porch, sitting area with fireplace, and living room with oversized sofa, loveseat, chair, and cable TV. Double front doors open onto porch and spectacular view of the lake.
Second floor has master bedroom with queen and full bath, bedroom with twin bunks, third bedroom with two full beds, second full bathroom, and entrance to upper wrap-around sun/shade deck. Third floor has queen bedroom and studio with queen sleeper. All bedrooms have closets. Linens not included. Chairs and umbrellas in the locker at the beach are included.
Walk easily to the ocean and back home for lunch or enjoy food from the many boardwalk pavilions and restaurants. Take the kids to arts and crafts on the beach while you take yoga classes or walk or jog on the boardwalk from Belmar through Avon, Bradley Beach, Ocean Grove and Asbury Park or go south through Spring Lake and Sea Girt. Or you can cross the street, jog or walk around the tree-lined lake path or sit in the gazebo or watch the kids on the playground equipment in the park at the far end of the lake. A short drive brings you to Point Pleasant Boardwalk and fireworks, Great Adventure, outlet shopping, boat and jet ski rentals, and much more.
This picture-perfect Victorian is in a desirable neighborhood with great neighbors and a family focus.
