My husband and I stayed in this condo last year for 3 months - yes, we are snowbirds trying to get away from midwestern winters. There was no question about where to stay this year! We returned here because it is undoubtedly a wonderful place to stay. Upon arrival, the condo is as clean as a whistle. The kitchen is well stocked with everything a cook needs. And roomy too! I love the island which gives much needed counter space. The living room is beautiful with many lovely features. Nice couch and recliner, beautiful table and chairs, great t.v. The bedroom is HUGE! The king sized bed is wonderful. We love having an extra t.v. in the bedroom. And the two bathrooms is an added plus. Upon arrival it is nice to find shampoo, bath soap, laundry detergent, etc. in the pantry. The pool and grill area are located right outside this unit - couldn't be in a better location. One of the greatest things about this condo is the owners are great to work with. Any problems - they are a mouse-click or phone call away from fixing it. I would recommend this unit to anyone staying for just a few days or an extended stay. It is simply great! And we love it! Elaine and Tom

All of the work and detail you've put into this place has made it a home-away-from-home.We've been all over the whole island and we're sure that Kona is the place to be! Out favorite things to do were snorkeling in the huge "aquarium" that encircles the island, and surfing lessons with my brother. He gives lessons at "Kona Surf Conpany" and I Strongly recommend riding some waves while you're here.....ask for Logan. Mahalo plenty for sharing your condo with us! Zack & Hye Chuncheon, S. Korea

You set the bar high for the other VRBO Owners on our recently completed 3 week adventure in Hawaii. Right from the time we walked into the unit to the time we left, we were happy with EVERY aspect of our stay. The unit has been updated and modernized (friends stayed in on at the same complex that has not been updated and were quite dissappointed with theirs). You have thought of every amenitie and have ensured that anything that your guests require is there. We have nothing but GREAT things to say and you can be assured that the next time we head to Kona to visit our friends, we'll be looking to see if your Hawaii Home is available.

I love this "home away from home". It has everything~ and I mean everything for our vacation to be wonderful. I have 4 children ages 1-14 and they all had the comforts of home here! Can't wait to go back! The owners were wonderful to work with and I love the direction book in the home....it gives all the information you would ever need about everything!

This is our 4the stay over the years in this lovely condo. It is comfortable for both my 23 year old grandson as is it for me, his grandmother. We really enjoyed the extras you added for the beach and we both enjoyed the fins and snorkeling gear, not to mention the nice beach chairs and ice chest. Loved your travel tips and did as much as we could in 10 days. Thank you for all the extras in the condo making it so very comfortable--you certainly thought of everything. We look foward to futrure stays in your condo. Mahalo, Dot

DEAR JACKIE - THANKS FOR LETTING US RENT YOUR CONDO FOR THE DAYS WE WERE THERE. IT WAS GREAT AND YOUR CONDO IS VERY NICE AND WELL ORGANIZED AND WELL STOCKED AND THE DECORATING IS IMPRESSIVE. JUST LIKE HOME! I REPLACED WHAT WE USED, IE, PAPER TOWELS, TOILET PAPER, TRASH BAGS, ETC LIKE YOU ASKED, PLUS LEFT A FEW EXTRAS I BOUGHT AND HADN'T REALIZED YOU HAD THERE - LIKE COFFEE FILTERS, SALT/PEPPER. ALL THE BEDSHEETS AND TOWELS WE USED WERE WASHED AND REPLACED. THANKS AGAIN -

Hi Jackie, This letter is way overdue, but I wanted to let you know how much we absolutely loved staying at your condo in Kona. It was everything you promised it would be. Your information on sightseeing etc. was very helpful and I think we did it all in the one short week we had. If we are ever able to visit Hawaii again, we would love to stay at your place if you are still renting it. We have recommended you to several people who are thinking of visiting Kona, so who knows, they may be calling. Thank you once again for the beautiful accommodations! We loved it! Hi Jackie! Tarrah just came over from Hilo last night w/ her laptop and today we drove up to Hawi (ha-vee) so this is the first chance I have got to email you.I almost called you Tuesday to say I was so happy to be back. What a surprise! I get on right when I got back to email you and you already sent one to me :) LOL! When I got here Monday and came in the door, it was like coming home again! We WERE/ARE SO HAPPY TO BE BACK! I especially loved that after I had driven over, and the boys were starving, and I wanted a shower, I realized I had forgot to bring shampoo. What do you know, leave it to Jackie, there was shampoo here waiting for us! I love all the little extra's- even cooking dinner is great with all the nice cookware! Wow, super nice job on the bathroom, it is beautiful! Of course we will be back, Tarrah is graduating in May! And every year after that forever! We love your condo !!!!! The boys love the pool and we are the only ones out there most of the time...we always come when no one else is here! Thanks again Jackie for everything, Nina :)

Title: AMAZING Kona Condo in paradise! Aloha, With 2 daughters who attend UH Hilo, we have been to the islands many times. This is by far the best Kona rental we have ever stayed in. We only return to this condo- for so many reasons. The owners of this condo do a great job of adding comfort items and remodeling often to make your stay it's best. It is a big, comfy, spacious condo and all the special additions makes it feel like home away from home. The beautiful kitchen has everything you would ever need, and a gorgeous Hawaiian tiled island. The TWO bathrooms are such an added treat & the master bath has a huge jetted tub. A washer and dryer in the unit is a welcome plus. (Laundry soap provided for you!) Of course cable TV and internet also in this unit. The large private lanai extends from the master bedroom the entire width of the condo. The pictures of the lanai do not do it justice! We eat 2 meals a day out on it. It is like having another room in the condo. The lanai is located directly next door to the pool which is great when the 2 boys and dad are in the pool if I'm in making dinner. The pool and pool area are fantastic-the pool itself is huge, the deck around it has many sun lounge chairs, outdoor showers, gas BBQ's, a large gazebo with fridge, sink and bathrooms-great for prepping & keeping your food in if you are BBQing and nice to have poolside bathrooms so you don't have to run back to the condo. The sunsets from the pool deck are just beautiful. The condo is also stocked with beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, everything you need for great beach outings. The building itself is a concrete building-so very quiet. In downtown (Kona-5 minutes away) many of the rentals are right in the thick of all the night time noise...all nite long! Another favorite of mine is the private parking stall that you get with the condo (parking is $25 per day in many other buildings) The condo, the pool and the parking stall are located RIGHT OFF the elevator. Whether there are 2 of you or 6 of you, this is the best rental choice you can make-not to mention the great rates! I am sure you will enjoy your stay here, and I am sure you will join the group of "returning visitors". Nina, Seattle
