Scotty's is a very pretty house in a stunning location with magnificent views up the Grenadine islands. The house has two very large bedrooms with bathrooms with walk in showers. Upstairs there is a small sitting area, the dining area with beautiful sleeper dining table and chairs seating ten persons and kitchen. Sliding doors lead on to the big veranda. There is the garden room off the kitchen which houses the gas fired BBQ. The main bedroom has a sitting area with tv; blue ray video and Internet radio and is air conditioned there is also a ceiling fan and is also situated upstairs. Downstairs the main lounge has a bar with refrigerator an office area and guest bathroom. A small office area and library lead to the second large bedroom with en suite walk in shower; tv and sitting area with bed settee and desk.. There is a utility room with washing machine drying rack, bathroom en suite. The property has a very large automatic generator in case of power cuts, now rare.

Scotty's has valuable items and quality fittings so a deposit to cover damages above fair wear and tear is required. This deposit is refundable and is one half one week's rental payable on confirmation of booking. A deposit of £ 200. Is required upon confirmation of booking with the balance due three weeks before taking up residence.
