This first-floor, open-floor-plan carriage house with two-car attached garage has nine foot ceilings throughout, lots of upgrades, a three panel sliding glass door in living room and fans in every room to provide a comfortable tropical feeling.
This spacious unit is decorated and furnished with a Bahama flair throughout. The kitchen includes upgraded appliances and is fully-equipped, including a walk-in pantry. The dinette glass table seats four plus the kitchen counter island seats four or go more formal in the dining room with seating for six.
The living room includes a couch, loveseat, and a large bamboo chair to socialize, watch TV/DVD or listen to the CD player complete with surround sound. The over-sized, L-shaped lanai adjoins and is fully furnished for dining and relaxation during a beautiful sunrise.
There are two separate sleeping wings: the master suite includes a king-size canopy bed with TV/DVD, desk area, walk-in closet plus additional mirrored closet, double vanity sink, walk-in shower, and separate commode.
The guest wing consists of two bedrooms and a separate full bath. The first bedroom has a full-size bed and dresser along with a TV/VCR and walk-in closet.
The second bedroom has two twin beds with a king-size adapter available, dresser with TV/DVD and walk-in closet.
Two extras in this carriage home are a beautiful foyer and a full-size laundry room with full-size washer, full-size dryer and overhead cabinets.
Enjoy the pull-cooler, beach blanket, beach mats, beach chairs, beach towels, beach toys and two bicycles when you want to venture out.
