What makes our Villa stand out? GAME ROOM! Location! Privacy! Beautifully-upgraded furnishings, to name just a few; all within minutes of Disney. If you are wanting a luxury vacation home for less than you would pay for a hotel room, our house is for you.
Our beautifully decorated luxury Villa is located on the back nine and the view from our private patio area is absolutely breathtaking! The photos do not do it justice. We also have gone through and tried to create an atmosphere that will make your vacation perfect. We have more pictures we can email you if you wish to see more of bedrooms and bathrooms.
Some of the Villa details are below, there are so many I might forget to include something, so if you do not see an amenity you are looking for, please email us. If we do not have it, we will try to add it for you.
Two Master Suites--perfect for the two-family vacation or someone who wants just that little extra privacy. One of the bedrooms has a king bed, the other has a Queen bed. Two bedrooms have two twin beds, with a bathroom in between each room for ease of use.
These twin beds can be pushed together if you wish to. The last bedroom only has one twin bed as we included a desk for those executives in case they need space to work, which we include free of charge. This twin bedroom is off the master en suite with the king bed (access can be closed off if required), this room also is great to have smaller children close by parents.
We also have a crib for those who are traveling with young ones, and we have a large couch that can also provide sleeping if needed. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need, such as dishes, coffee pot, toaster, pots, etc. If you wish to have the staples stocked for your arrival, that is no problem. Just send an email with your desired list and I will return a price for it.
There are many things that make this a unique vacation home, one of the things I like the best, is that this home only has neighbors on one side, as a result of their beautiful landscaping, they have made our patio area very private. With the view out the back and side of only golf course, it is just perfect. Very bright and sunny--make sure to bring the suntan lotion!
The dining room is perfect for those dinners you wish to be more formal, but there is also a kitchen table, just off the kitchen/family room. And of course, the outside patio has a table and chairs for those days you wish to enjoy the sunshine.
We have TVs in most all of the rooms, with cable TV. The family room also has a large-screen projection TV that has the most cable channels and is equipped with a DVD player and a VCR for your viewing enjoyment. In the family room we also have a stereo for days you just wish to sit and relax with your favorite music.
One of our most favorite additions is the game room we have added. This room features a beautiful new Eight-foot cherry pool table, as well as an air hockey table in the garage.
