This beautiful villa exceeded our expectations with wonderfully decorated and comfortable living space, gorgeous views of the golf course, lovely pool/spa and lanai area and even a "care package" of food and wine upon arrival! Jeff, Kevin and Elaine were a pleasure to deal with and we will definitely be back. We have stayed in many VRBO homes and this was among the top tier.

Third time staying here, and it is still on my list as the first place I'll check to stay when visiting Central Flordia. Close enough to be convenient for theme parks, restaurants, activities, wineries, etc.,, yet feels very private and "away from it all." Very clean (and I'm very picky!), spacious, and comfortable. Owner and managers are very good to deal with, and help make for a hassle-free experience. You will absolutely love this house. We are looking forward to being back again!

Our family has been renting this villa for over five years now. We feel as though it is our second home! All amenities are included; the property is spectacular and very quiet, very clean and spacious. The service is excellent, although we never required any. The management is very helpful and gracious. We would highly recommend this home above many others we have rented in the past. VERY WELL DONE!!!

Anni, we just wanted to let you know that we absolutely loved your home at Highlands Reserve!! It was the best vacations we've had in many years thanks mostly to how 'at home' we felt in your villa. You've done a marvellous job of furnishing it and of keeping it updated and in pristine condition. We particularly enjoyed the pool (which did eventually warm up after the electric failure in the area) and the Florida room where we spent many hours relaxing, reading and watching the golfers pass by on the 13th hole! The development provided many interesting paths to take our regular walks and we always felt totally safe whether we were walking during the day or late in the evenings. We will surely return and hope that you keep your home available for us to do so. Hopefully next time it will be for a longer stay! We're now back in the cold of winter and not liking it one bit!! I travel for work and stay in hotels 3 to 4 times a week and have the highest expectations when it comes to where I sleep. I've always stayed on Disney property and decided this time a change might be nice. Happy to say I wasn't disappointed! My husband loved the golf view and was able to play golf while there. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your villa!!!

We have rented this home the past two years and highly recommend it! It's close to Disney and is absolutely stunning!!! I have two young children and they absolutely love the place..they have been asking if we are going back this year.... (unfortunately NO b/c of economic situation) but we love the property and absolutely will return next year (hopefully.)

This is the most luxurious, most wonderful house we've ever stayed in! It WAS even better than the photos showed. Jackie and Regan were fabulous hosts, so accomodating and just plain nice folks, and we had the best vacation EVER. We cannot emphasize the great beauty and comfort of this house. We were blown away the first time we opened the door. You absolutely could not have a better location (such a lovely view from the lanai/pool) or a better time in any other vaction rental home in Florida. WOW!!! We just got home from a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa! Right on the golf course, so private, and the owner Jackie is wonderful to work with! We had a request, and it was fullfiled immediately! The house is decorated so nice, yet we all felt at home and comfortable while we stayed. No other house on the left of the property and the one on the right has trees and shrubs that make this very, very private for swimming. The pool was wonderful! My husband and son played golf on the beautiful course that litterly is in the back yard! If you drive the neighborhood you will find that most of the homes back right up to each other and are very crowded! Not with this home! There also is a beautiful loft with a pool table. And the house is so large, you get lost! We loved our stay, and will definitely come back here to stay again!

Wow!! What a wonderful house!! Clean, spacious and extremely comfortable. We have just returned following a 3 week holiday here and it was like home from home. The pool and spa were without doubt invaluable. The owners are brilliant, nothing is too much trouble for them. We would not hesitate in recommending this villa for a holiday to florida. I would highly recommend this home for your vacation. It is absolutely beautiful. The owners made sure we were very comfortable and thought of all the extras. My children loved the game room. It felt more like being home than being on vacation.
