This is truly one of the finest condominiums within the Village by the Sea. We are located on the fouth floor on the INTERIOR of the complex. Our view is ABOVE the tree level and completely unobstructed. We are located in the much desired South building, The Plumeria Building, at the complex. In addition to fantastic ocean and island views we overlook the impeccably-maintained tropical gardens, putting green and sparkling pool area.
WE DO NOT OVERLOOK THE PARKING LOT.
Our condominium is only 100 yards from the ocean--NO CROSSING THE STREET to sink your feet into the warm Maui sand! The UNCROWDED beachfront at the Kauhale Makai is excellent for long morning walks, shelling and breathtaking sunset views.
Many of Maui's world famous beaches and renowned golf courses are located just minutes away! Visit the exclusive Shops at Wailea for an out of this world shopping adventure! Our central location is convenient to many of Maui's natural attractions not to mention restaraunts, shopping, grocery stores and entertainment.
We have a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need for cooking. There are 5 barbeques located in the courtyard/common area adjacent the pool area. Have a barbeque, swim and watch the sunset for a relaxing evening at home!
For your comfort, the condo is CENTRALLY AIR CONDITIONED. There are few properties in Kihei that have this feature. We also have ceiling fans located in the bedroom and dining area.
For your day at the beach we provide beach chairs, beach towels, coolers and umbrella! Just bring the sunscreen!
For your peace of mind, we added a safe large enough for your valuables and laptop or cameras. Simply set your own code.

I came to Maui for some personal R&R, on my own, and your home provided the peaceful, restful atmosphere I was looking for. I absolutely love how you've decorated your home and the care you've taken to make your guests feel welcome and comfortable. While I did some excursions around the island, some of my favorite times were simply relaxing on your balcony in the early morning and evenings. Lovely! Thank you again. Dear Mary, We're so glad we stumbled into your little piece of paradise and thank you for your graciousness in all our dealings. My Mom and Stepdad are staying in another unit (for 3 weeks) and I'm sorry to say their place is almost dismal. Our place in comparison is like Shangrila-we felt guilty and privleged. Every touch was appreciated from the walls you built (over cement?) the paint colors, beautiful artwork, well placed mirrors, flower arrangements, lovely things everywhere I look. You have created an exquisite spot on this beautiful island. No worries, no hurries. Mahalo
