Living Room Looking Towards the Sun Room - Hilton Head Island, South Carolina Vacation Rental Enjoy the numerous activities on fabulous Hilton Head Island or just relax while staying in our beautiful, professionally decorated, Premier quality home. Recently purchased and newly furnished in 2006, our single story, spacious, and comfortable home is on a quiet street but close to the many amenities of Sea Pines Plantation. Relax on the large deck while enjoying the spectacular view of the fifth and sixth holes of the famous Harbour Town Golf Links where the PGA’s Heritage Classic Tournament is played every year. The master bedroom, with king-size bed, TV, and DVD player, has a large bath with jacuzzi tub, stand up shower and double sink. The bedroom’s patio doors open to the deck and golf view. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and the third and fourth bedrooms have two twin beds. All bedrooms have cable TV. The fully equipped kitchen will meet your every need. A full-size washer and dryer are available in the laundry room. The spacious living room has an entertainment center including a large TV, DVD/VCR, and stereo. The living room opens to a large sunroom, also with TV and DVD player, a game table and a variety of games and books to enjoy. Step out to the deck and watch the wild life or the (sometimes wild) golfers putt and tee off. Around the corner are a large, private neighborhood pool, tennis court, playground and lagoons to fish in. Ideally located, it is also a short distance to the beach and Sea Pines Beach Club where you will find lifeguards on duty, a beachfront bar and grill, snack bar, entertainment and a beach shop. Enjoy over 20 miles of scenic bike paths accessed at the entrance to the neighborhood. Bicycle rentals are very near by at Sea Pines Center where you will also find restaurants, shops, a gas station, and a small grocery. Short bike rides away are Harbour Town and South Beach Marina with their water sports, entertainment, fabulous yachts, dolphin cruises, deep-sea fishing, restaurants and shops. Take advantage of our golf discounts at three championship golf courses within Sea Pines or play at many more on the island. We offer two hours of free tennis a day at top rated Sea Pines Racquet Club or play free any time at the neighborhood court. You will also enjoy discounts at several restaurants, stores ad nature programs/children's activities within Sea Pines. Our home is professionally managed locally, providing 24-hour customer care. All linens and starter supplies are provided. So whether you are looking for a lot to do or a lot of relaxation, you can do it all at our home on Hilton Head Island.
