Two master suites, each with its own private patio, bathroom, and walk-in closet. One suite has a king-size bed and walk-in shower, the other has a queen-size bed and a shower/bath. The Racquet Club is a beautifully landscaped gated community with nine lighted tennis courts, five heated pools and spas, fountains, waterfalls, numerous palm trees, and lush colorful vegetation. The Racquet Club offers tennis activities through its tennis pro, as well as social events organized by the community’s full time activities director.
The site includes a fitness center and clubhouse with views of the tennis courts and nearby mountains. Minutes from some of the best golf in the world! Just two hours from picturesque Sedona, four and a half hours from the Grand Canyon.

Why the Owner Chose Scottsdale Racquet Club
We chose to buy a condo within the Racquet Club because we have vacationed at the Racquet Club since the early 1980s. We love the beautiful landscaping of the gated community, the ability to play tennis at all times of the day, the various pools for rest and relaxation, and the convenient location within Scottsdale. For tennis players, pool lovers, or vacationers just wanting to enjoy a well-maintained and quiet environment, we can't think of a better place to stay than the Racquet Club in Scottsdale.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
The condo is located a short hop, skip, and a jump from numerous pools, hot tubs, and lighted tennis courts. The Racquet Club is also situated nearby various attractions, including top golf courses, nature reserves, restaurants, and shopping. It is also just a few minutes drive from the Mayo Clinic. Guests will enjoy a recently remodeled condo decorated to incorporate the unique desert feel.

The condo is owned by the Handlon family (Mike and Charlann, parents, and sons Mike Jr., Matt, and Tim). Mike and Charlann live in northwest Indiana on a small lake. Mike is an attorney while Charlann works in a lab at the local hospital. Mike Jr. currently lives in Chicago and works in the financial consulting industry. Matt lives in Connecticut and works as a securities trader. Tim is currently a college senior and plays college football as a middle linebacker. The family enjoys vacationing in Arizona to take advantage of its beautiful weather, desert landscape, and top notch golf. The family members are big Chicago Cubs, Chicago Bears, Chicago Bulls, Notre Dame, and Yale sports fans.
