Our nicely decorated four bedroom townhome is ideal for golfing and beach getaways. The townhome features a great room with fireplace and decks with a view of a lovely pond.
The kitchen has been upgraded and includes tiled flooring, corian countertops, stainless steel appliances with a lovely deck for enjoying morning coffee with a view of the golf course.
The master bedroom with a queen bed has a large walk-in closet and upgraded walk-in tiled shower. There are two other bedrooms, with double beds, that share a bathroom on this floor with walk-out deck with a view of the pond. There is one bedroom, with a queen bed, and bath on the first floor convenient to the front porch and garage. Linens not included.
Our home is within walking distance to the huge Sun Ridge Tennis and Recreation Center with a large pool, kid's splash zone, 20-person hot tub, Fitness Center, Tennis courts, Playground Basketball, Beach Volleyball, Snack Bar, Game Room w/Foosball, Shuffleboard, video games, etc. The Bayside Community also features the first Jack Nicklaus signature golf course on the Eastern Shore. The home includes a golf membership that entitles renters to a discount on green fees.
The Bayside Community is located just four miles from the Fenwick Island State Park beach and a free beach shuttle service, just across from the townhome, is provided throughout the summer for your convenience(Memorial Day - Labor Day). There are plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby including the new Harris Teeter food store located at the entrance to Bayside.

This property is perfect for a family vacation. We enjoyed Bayside so much are thinking of purchasing in the development. We had 5 adults and 1 child and 2 infants and we were never on top of each other, there was plenty of space. Having a bedroom on the first floor allowed my husband and I to be 2 floors way from our adult children and grandchildren which gave us alot of privacy, however there were the stairs to deal with. The owners had paid for usage of the pool and the gym which is an added bonus. I usually find trips to the beach hectic, this time I actually felt like I was on a vacation.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.
