Our home is within walking distance to the huge Sun Ridge Tennis and Recreation Center with a large pool, kid's splash zone, 20-person hot tub, Fitness Center, Tennis courts, Playground Basketball, Beach Volleyball, Snack Bar, Game Room w/Foosball, Shuffleboard, video games, etc. The Bayside Community also features the first Jack Nicklaus signature golf course on the Eastern Shore. The home includes a golf membership that entitles renters to a discount on green fees.
The Bayside Community is located just four miles from the Fenwick Island State Park beach and a free beach shuttle service, just across from the townhome, is provided throughout the summer for your convenience(Memorial Day - Labor Day).
