This review is long overdue. We have stayed at Cliff & Nancy's villa 4 times now, always during our Feb. break from school. Their place is wonderful. It is always very clean, and you feel just like you are returning to your own 2nd home every time you go there. The proximity to the beach is perfect for walking our dog and for listening to the waves crashing on the shore. Feb. is definitely a cooler month to be at OIB, but as we are not interested in sunning ourselves on the beach, that doesn't matter to us. Being from northern NY, it is just a treat to not have to bundle up like the Michelin man and trudge out in clunky boots! Feb. at OIB is very quiet, but we like being away from the insanity, and it's just a short drive to Calabash & Myrtle Beach for all the restaurants & action you could want. In addition, dealing with Cliff & Nancy is always very pleasurable and easy. We will continue to stay at their property as long as they will have us!

My family spent week in late August 2010. Villa was spacious. Had great view. Balcony was good size and great extension of living space Pool was very nice. We have always enjoyed Ocean Isle area This location was one of the best we have experiened. Walk to beach from villa ok / access to beach chairs / grill etc in storage area made vacation packing - traveling less bulky and a nice detail to have at your disposal as needed. Elevator access a big plus for our family as well. We truly enjoyed this week in Ocean Isle. Would highly recommend this location. looking forward to returning to this location !

We just got back from our week 8/15-22/09, I have to say this was, by far the best rental we have ever stayed in! Had a great week, access to the beach was easy and my son loved the pool. Everything was perfect, and it felt like home. You have definetely thought of everything, right down to the hair dryers in the bathrooms. We are looking forward to renting this unit again.

This condo was absolutely perfect. The location was great getting to and from beach. The pool was also great for additional fun for kids. The kitchen could not have been better, equipped to the max. The balcony with the perfect table and chairs and ocean view (my favorite spot). We loved every single detail and there were so many extras I can't name them all, (house linens, great pots & pans, total gourmet kitchen, and the convenient elevator). It was a wonderful vacation.

My girl friends and I went to this condo for a long weekend. It was amazing. The view from the deck is just serene. The condo was in awesome shape! Everything we needed was supplied. I just can't say enough about it. The owners were very helpful and easily reachable.

We are staying here now.I feel we are getting an excellent value,4br,4 ba,with a 1min walk to ocean and a great ocean view,makes it nice for family staying here with us.We almost stayed in Myrtle Beach,but this is much more layed back with excellent walking beaches.This is a very nice place,no complaints from us.We will stay here again if we travel back to this area.

Our family stayed in this condo last summer and will be staying again this summer. It was beautifully maintained with a nice view of the ocean. While it is not oceanfront, it is an easy walk to the beach (even for us with two little ones and A LOT of stuff to carry back and forth) We hope to stay here for many years to come!

This was our second year in this very clean, well appointed condo. Just a short walk to the beach with great beach view from the well furnished deck. Plenty of golf in the area. We will most likely rent this property again. It is pet friendly but you will never guess that a dog has stayed here. All linens are provided and in good condition. Large washer and dryer The elevator made this the perfect condo for my mothers back and my dogs arthritic hips.

Thank you for a great & relaxing week. The amenities surpassed our expectations. The ocean view from the deck is so serene! I loved cooking in the gourmet kitchen & looking out over the ocean!

This condo is incredible!! We stayed last April for Spring Break. This was by far the most beautiful place we have stayed at so far in Ocean Isle. (We have been going for many years!) The owners were fabulous!! The whole family loved it - including our dogs!! Will definitely stay here again!!

What a wonderful experience!(9/14/06-9/18/06). Lots of room, very neat and clean, linens provided. We really enjoyed the covered deck area with plenty of seating. Great kitchen. Easy walk to the beach. Clubhouse with pool is very nice. We will definetly be return visitors. Thanks so much. Dawn & Erik Weaver.
