OUR LAKEVIEW LEDGES CONDOMINIUM is located at one of the most popular areas of the lake on the 20.5 mm and easily accessible from Hwy 54, in the heart of Osage Beach. Our condominium is within minutes of several golf courses, the Lake Area Regional Hospital, grocery stores, the 110 store outlet mall complete with movie theater, Tan Tar A, Big Surf Water Park, go-carts, parasailing, miniature golf..... The lake area offers many restaurants, casual or fine dining, and unmatched nightlife.

OUR LEDGES CONDOMINIUM docks are an easy walk from our unit. Bringing a boat....The Blue Moon Marina is right around the point and offers full service with boat launching, trailer parking, and boat rental.

OUR LEDGES CONDOMINIUM offers two pools. One is conveniently located next to our unit while the other pool is right on the point and offers spectacular views. Great place to watch the annual shoot out!

OUR LEDGES CONDOMINIUM allows you a "hassle free" vacation. Our condominium is fully furnished with high quality furniture. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, private master bath, and sliding doors to the balcony. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and its own television with VCR.

The balcony overlooks one of the two complex pools and the swimming beach. It is equipped with a gas barbecue grill and patio table with four chairs.

The living room is furnished with a queen-size sofa sleeper, gas fireplace, and television with DVD player.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything to help you prepare small or large meals. There is a washer and dryer in the condominium for your convenience.

  • We loved this condo! We had the most wonderful time there. The owners have taken such care to make sure that everything you need is where you need it. The furnishings are perfect- the smell is like "new" when you walk in the door. The bed was so comfortable- I thought I was back at my home bed. Everything was perfect! We were extremely pleased! Thanks for the beautiful memory. I would highly recommend this condo!

  • WOW! What a wonderful, relaxing time we had. The condo was super clean, comfortable and located close to everything we wanted to do. Short drive to Ha Ha Tonka where we were able to hike and take in the beauty. We will definatly be back as much as possible.
