The old Highlands charm is maintained throughout the home with furnishings, original heart pine walls, ceilings, floors and a stone wood burning fireplace.
Enjoy year round mountain views from inside or while relaxing on the expansive 82 foot deck. The home sits among walls of rhododendrons, a canopy of oaks and a front native stone wall. The house has been completely updated with a fully equipped kitchen including high end stainless steel appliances: double convection ovens, convection microwave, two dishwashers and two refrigerators both with ice makers.
The antique oak banquet table seats twelve. There are three additional tables to allow an indoor sit down dinner for 25. The cupboards boast multiple complete sets of china and silverware.
The spacious living room has a grand piano which adds to the ambiance of the wood-burning-native stone fireplace. The five bedroom sleeping arrangements are: one king-size; two bedrooms each with a queen-size; one bedroom with a full-size and one bedroom with two twin-size beds.
The glass enclosed porch has a futon and a free standing gas log fireplace, surrounded by four rockers to relax in while enjoying the long range views out the five sets of French doors and windows.
