Get away from the hustle and bustle and into a quiet, peaceful property located in a secure gated community. Winter is for skiing, snowmobiling, and wonderful walks on unpaved roads. Jack Frost is 10 min, Big Boulder is 15 min and Camelback is just over 30min! Summer is for fun at one of our three pools, two lakes (five beaches) and tennis courts. Community activities are planned, but if they do not suit your needs, there is much to offer within a short driving distance.
The front door opens into our Great Room with a beamed cathedral ceiling and gas fireplace. A dining area and kitchen (with everything you might need) adjoins this room so you don?t miss out on anything going on!
A sliding glass door takes you to a an extended raised deck with gas grill for your barbeque needs, lounge chairs, hammock, and HOT TUB for your relaxation. This location is extremely quiet!
The master bedroom has a king-size bed and full bath. Two other bedrooms, laundry room and another bathroom make up the remainder of the house.
