I cannot say enough about Frank and Cindy and their properties! We have stayed at Muskwink twice now, and also at Pax Haven. Both are excellent! Working with Frank and Cindy is so worry free and easy...it's almost as easy as renting a hotel room. Muskwink is a wonderful property - Very comfortable and close to a ton of activities. Arrowhead Lakes is always a great experience for us as well. Thanks so much, Frank and Cindy, for an amazing Christmas vacation!

We enjoyed every bit of our 5 day stay! The pictures really don't do the house justice. The fireplace, hot tub, king-size bed and kitchen were our favorite features. We didn't want to leave the house, but when we did it was only 25 minutes to the outlets and 20 minutes to Mt. Airy casino. We highly recommend this rental and will likely be back. Frank and Cindy cover all the bases and really make it a pleasant experience.

I just got back from my stay at this house. My wife and I didn't want to leave. The house was just perfect.......clean, cozy, spacious, relaxing. I can go on and on. The pictures don't do it justice. The owners were a pleasure to deal with and we will definitely be returning in the future.

My family of 6 stayed at this lovely home the first weekend in November 2012. The owners were very accommodating to our needs and answered all questions. Accurate description and photos on the website. The home was very clean and well stocked. All the basic necessities were included and then some -- linens, toilet paper, napkins, tissues, dish soap, etc. Comfortable living space as well as beds. Would highly recommend this home to anyone wanting to stay in the Poconos! Would definitely stay here again!

A beautiful, peaceful retreat.

My first impression when walking in the door was "Wow! This place looks so much better than the photos!" That impression was confirmed as we continued to look around and walk out onto onto the deck. What a beautiful view, nothing but trees! It was so clean and spacious. I had thought it might have a lingering smell of animals because it is pet friendly, but it just smelled clean! It was so very helpful to have all the supplies we would need so that we didn't have to immediately go out shopping. There was bathroom tissue, soap, paper towels, dishwashing licquid, dishwasher detergent, coffee filters, laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, and a fully stocked kitchen with spices, oil, sugar, etc...There was even extra shampoo, conditioner, and shaving cream in the master bath! Speaking of the master bath, you should post a photo. What a beautiful deep relaxing tub, and the bedroom was huge; I felt like I was in a luxury suite! My two teens loved their rooms and the whole house, especially the hammock and hot tub. Their favorite spot was on the big comfy couch watching all of their favorite shows on the big flatscreen TV, and at the beach, of course! I was struck with how quiet, peaceful, and private Muskwink was. You have to really look to be able to see it from the road. It was also nice and cool, and with ceiling fans throughout so there was no need for the air conditioner. I was so completely relaxed the whole time I was there, and Frank was very helpful and prompt with replies to my questions. I just wish we could have stayed another week; we were so comfortable in this luxurious home disguised as a cabin!

The fact that it was our third in a row summer stay in this house says it all. It is clean, well maintained, and has everything what is needed for a family with little kids. The owner, Frank Weiss, does his best to accommodate you in any way possible. I highly recommend this place and look forward to renting it again next year. This home is nothing short of amazing. It is super neat and well kept. It was in immaculate condition and everything was organized. The hot tub works flawlessly. Sitting in the hot tub in the middle of the night is simple perfection. The stars are super bright and it lends for a sensational romantic experience. The owner Frank is an amazing host very caring and genuinely wants to make sure the tenants have an amazing time. This is the house you want!

Great Plece to Getaway

Frank and Cindy were fantastic in providing directions to Muskwink and recommendations for local restaraunts. The house was well maintained and very cozy with a hot tub just steps from the back door. The neighborhood was extremely quiet which just added to the tranquil setting while tubbing under the canopy of a starlit winter night. We're already looking forward to our next visit!

Muskwink has become a family tradition for us and this year we were able to bring my Grand Daughter, Maddie. We all had a fabulous time and enjoyed the first snowfall of the year! I can't imagine staying anywhere but here. We all enjoy the comforts of home in this adorable setting. Frank and Cindy are so accommodating and gracious. Lovely Cabin

We arrived on Tuesday to a lovely, extremely clean and spacious cabin. We stopped by Walmart (about 15 minutes away) before our arrival to pick up some cooking ingredients only to find a fully-stocked kitchen with nearly everything that we needed. Pots, pans, dishes, cups, spices, and even pancake mix was provided for us. The linens were clean and fresh and all three bedrooms, both bathrooms, and the living room was very tidy. The flatscreen TV with HDMI slot was a great feature as we were able to connect our laptop to the TV and watch movies late at night off of our external hard drive. The hot tub was piping hot; unfortunately, we didn't get a chance to use it because we got drunk and passed out every night before we had a chance to. Frank and Cindy Weiss were extremely helpful and kind. On our first day there, we had a toilet SNAFU in which there was a minor implosion when we tried to flush it. I gave Frank a call and he sent a plumber over almost immediately to fix the problem. On the day that we checked out, I had forgotten that checkout was at 11AM and ended up leaving at 2:30PM instead. They were completely fine with it and were very understanding. This was our first trip to the Poconos and it was definitely one to remember. Whenever we visit the Poconos, this is the cabin we'll be staying at. Thanks Frank and Cindy!

This is the only place to go if you want to get away from it all. I spent one glorious week at Muskwink and fell in love with the peace and quiet, the scenery, and fresh air. It was so easy to wind down and relax. The home was spotless and well maintained. The owners were so available when making all the arrangements. I needed some assistance with the TV and I had assistance with one phone call. There is so much out there to see. If you are one who enjoys site seeing this choice would be perfect for you. I found shopping close enough that you didn't mind running out for a few things. I found some quaint gift shops near by to bring home some small gifts for family and friends. Everything is available if you want it. Personally, I just spent 90% of my week walking my dog, cooking and sleeping. I rank Muskwink right up there next to the stars. Thank you Frank and Cindy.

This was our second in a row summer stay at this cozy and spacious place with our granddaughter, who is now 3 years old. It is very convenient for a family with little kids as it has just one story. The owner, Frank Weiss, does his best to accomodate you in any way possible. I highly recommend this place and look forward to renting it again next year.

This is the second year that we stayed here for our girls getaway weekend. The house is wonderful...we had 8 people but it was roomy enough that we never felt as if we on top of one another. The hot tub is probably the highlight for us...and we spent a lot of time in it. The location is great as well...close enough for a ski outing or some outlet shopping. The owners are very nice and responsive. I definitely recommend this property!

The house, the amenities, the furnishings; this house has it all. From beer and cocktails around the cozy, warm fireplace; to sipping wine during a snow squall in the hot tub; it couldn't be beat for relaxation. We spent 3 days unwinding with family and came away re-charged to face the world. > > The rental fee was more than fair and I don't believe there is a more accommodating set of owners out there. The rental packet answered most of our questions and Frank and Cindy were there for the 2 or 3 remaining ones. > > The only "suggestion" we could make would be to update the entertainment system. The use of 4 separate remotes and their associated boxes, along with all the instructions make it cumbersome, at best, to enjoy ones favorites.

Recommended for: Age 55+, pet owners.

The Muskwink property was our home away from home during our recent renovation. Having rented vacation homes and condos across the U.S., the process to rent this facility was very easy and the owner was more than accomodating to assist us with the rental. The home is furnished with all neccessary items (including linens) which is convienent. Love the hot tub as the flurries flew.

That was a wonderful time! The house is beautiful, very well kept. The owners of the house are very nice and easy to contact. The huge terrace gives you a chance to be outside on a rainy day. Muskwink is everything and more. We had an awesome time, We got engaged our first night there right by the fire place <3, even our dog Roxie did not want to leave, she loved laying right in front of the fire place. We were very close to Camelback and Jack frost mountaion for skiing. I would recommend this place to anyone just wanting to get away for a relaxing experience, the hot tub is a major plus!. Frank and Cindy are the sweetest people i have ever dealt with renting homes. We will definately be back!

We had an amazing weekend away at this adorable and VERY cozy house! The setup was perfect - so open and inviting. Sitting in the hot tub with the surrounding trees and snow was so beautiful. Everything you want to do is so close - mountains, snow tubing, casino, etc. The house was fully stocked, great fireplace, tv, and loved the master bedroom! Looking for a place in the Poconos? Well, look no further. I have found the perfect place!. My family and I just got back from a weekend stay at Muskwink and it was amazing! Frank & Cindy's home was unbelievably clean and spacious -- it is an oasis with all the comforts of home (and more!). There's no need to bring the 'essentials' -- it's already there. And, the huge hot tub on the deck is a bonus! Muskwink is close to so many fanatastic restaurants and it's a short drive to the ski resorts. We can't wait to go back to Muskwink in the summer so that we can enjoy all the summer activities that the Poconos has to offer. So, please, save yourself the time and energy looking for a pocono retreat -- go to Muskwink and you can thank me later. PS - I don't want to forget to mention how great it was to work with owners and how easy they made the paperwork process -- it was 'stress free' -- just like the weekend we just had!

Our first time in the USA - it could not have been better. At first we though it was tricky to rent a place via internet, mostly because we live in the Netherlands ... The description on the site looked good and from the moment we had contact with the owners, it also felt good. They were very helpful and gave us all the information we asked for. The house was even better than we thought. Cozy, warm, very welcoming. We felt at home. We are a family of 5: father and mother René and Annette, son Lennart (17), daughter Leonor (18) and friend Anouk (18). We came to the USA because Leonor is studying here for a year and we wanted to visit her and go on holiday together. We spent 9 days, including Christmas, in Muskwink and we had a wonderful time. The house was big enough for this large group, nice to have 2 bathrooms with 3 teenagers! The TV's were very nice, espacially the big one in the living room. We enjoyed the hot tub in the snow. We went bowling in Summit Lanes, went to Jim Thorpe, made a trip to the Amish in Bird in Hand ... We would certainly recommend this property to a friend, relative and would very much like to come back! Thanks a lot Frank & Cindy! My two sons, my boyfriend and our dog rented this house for Thanksgiving - We had a wonderful time! We have stayed at Arrowhead before, but this house was far above and beyond the others. Each of my sons had there own room, and I had my own bathroom...with a huge soaking tub! The house was clean and had everything we needed to be completely comfortable. The hot tub was enjoyed by all, and the fireplace warmed us right up afterwards. We enjoyed the flatscreen TV in the living room, and watched plenty of football. It was so peaceful! This review would not be complete without complimenting the owners, Frank and Cindy, on such a pleasant rental experience. From the first contact they were nothing but helpful and efficient. I do everything electronically these days, and they accommodate that with perfection. There was nothing left to chance - They covered every base! Muswink has all the dependability of a professional hotel experience with the warmth and personal touch of a by owner home rental. Our canine companion added an especially nice touch. How nice that she was welcome. The property was conveniently located, but remarkably private. Everything was as described. I would stay at one of Frank and Cindy's homes again happily.

We have stayed at many homes in the Poconos over the years and Muskwink was the best. Everything is provided for you and the house is immaculate. We loved the deck, hammock and hot tub. The pool and beach are conveniently close by. We were able to bring our dogs who loved being on the secure deck. This place was wonderful!

The Perfect Get Away

With three teens, a chocolate lab and a busy lifestyle, my husband and I were looking for place where we could go and regroup and just relax. That's exactly what we got at Muskwink. The house is so comfy with plenty of cozy spots to hang out together (like the wonderful deck or the great room) or 3 charming bedrooms if you wanted to have time to be alone. Everything we needed was there, including linens, a fully equipped kitchen (which we cooked some great meals in), books, movies and even beach chairs and a canoe! All we needed was our food, clothes and personal things.The house is clean, modern and tastefully decorated. It's even nicer than the pictures. Now we're completely spoiled and will never stay anywhere else in the poconos!

I was super impressed with the owners right from the beginning and it only got better from there. Frank and Cindy were very kind, quick to respond to emails and phone calls and were very extremely thorough with providing details and attractions for our stay. The house was immaculate!!! Double Wink for Muskwink!

This was out second girls weekend at Muskwink. We had a fantastic time. We cooked yummy dinners each night. Kitchen utensils were there so just brought the food. Everything was clean and cozy. We used the hot tub one night (it smelled a little like mildew but after a few beverages...who knew) The outlets were nearby and all the directions were left for us (another thoughtful touch) Skiing is very close too. We love the neighborhood. It was quiet and 'woodsy'. lol. In summary..we would reccomend this place to just about anyone.

We loved the fact that we could bring our dog. The owners thought of everything. We had a great time and the jacuzzi was perfect after a long day of snowboarding. I would highly recommend this place to anyone we cant wait to go back!

Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Lovely house, very clean and a perfect place to relax. Fireplace was a welcome relief from the cold snowy weather. We had a great time and would recommend the house to those looking for a place in the Poconos.

Recommended for: Pet owners, romantic getaway.

Despite being too cold to do much outdoors (except the hot tub), we had a great time. The house is perfect for several people to relax and it was very homey. Frank and Cindy are great hosts and made everything easy at the house by having many basics on hand. The long weekend special was perfect too.. definately the way to go for a weekend retreat!

Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We had so much fun at our stay. Our 2 year old loved exploring the yard and "swimming" in the hot tub. Not to mention Mommy and Daddy relaxing in it!! The fall was a gorgeous time to visit with the foliage! You were so hopitable and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay!!! THANK YOU so much!

Most Relaxing Vacation

We absolutely loved it here. The hot tub was definitely what sold us on this home. We were very pleased to see that the deck had a gate so we didn't have to bring our own. That was very helpful so we could keep our dog with us outside and not have to worry. We look forward to coming again next year.

Great house, great location! Gated-community provides pool, lake, biking, tennis, walking and clubhouse activities such as bingo, card night, pool aerobics. Within 30 minutes there's Bushkill Falls, white water rafting, horseback riding, canoeing, Camelback waterpark, outlet shopping, even a Casino! Muskwink gave us a great homebase with all the comforts of home where we spent time regrouping and unwinding in the hot-tub. You can do as much or as little as you want....just a great place for a get-away. Would definitely recommend it!

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, pet owners.

Frank & Cindy, Thank you very much for renting your home to my friends and I the first weekend in March. Your home is beautiful. We had a wonderful weekend. Your home is very cozy, warm & inviting.. Your thoughfulness in providing us with all sorts of information about the area as well as things to do was greatly appreciated. My friends and I had a wonderfull time at Muskwink. Frank & Cindy were very accommodating, before, during and after our stay. The house was very comfortable, and inviting. The Arrowhead community was illuminated with beautiful fall foliage. I am definately renting Muskwink again. Thank you very much for having us.

Frank & Cindy, Thank you so much! We had a great time in Muskwink. The house was beautiful and clean and had lots of fun things to do. I would recommend this house to anyone who wants to go to PA. I will definately rent this house again on my next Arrowhead Lake vacation. You are wonderful people to rent from you made our stay enjoyable.

We stayed for a week in July 07 - had a fabulous time!! The house was so well maintained and extremely clean. Frank and Cindy provided everything we needed for a very comfortable and relaxing vacation. There was even a pack and play and highchair for our 6 month old so we didn't have to drag those items along ourselves. They thought of everything! We hope to stay at this house again in the future!

I could not say anything bad about our stay at Muskwink,we had an amazing time!It was so relaxing just to be able to hang back and relax in such a comfortable house.I would definitely recommend this vacation get-away to everyone!!!

We stayed at MUSKWINK for a week. We had a great time. The cabin was spacious and very clean. The location was great and there were fun things to do nearby. There were written instructions about how use everything in the cabin. Clearly, the owners paid a great deal of attention to details. We were very pleased and hope to return!

Far enough away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to shopping and fun! The house is beautiful, warm and cozy, nestled in a wooded area by the lake. I had a wonderful time!
