In-laws sold nearby summer home in 2005 -- so we were loathe to rent some standard "condo". This is a dream come true - totally perfect in every way. Comfy, cozy, quiet single family neighborhood, walking distance to everything, (inc the best creme donuts you will ever eat), lovely wide beach, and a short drive to Cape May architecture, dining, shopping, nature +Wildwood boardwalk. I think Wildwood Crest is the perfect beach town (world over), and this condo, the absolute perfect lodging. I hesitate to write this for fear of too many people discovering this wonderful affordable treasure.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway.

We decided to go to the beach for a couple of days over Labor Day weekend. All hotels were booked and wanted a three-night minimum stay. Ended up getting this lovely condo for two nights and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Absolutely loved the garden in the back where we enjoyed some wine and cheese one evening and a huge Sunday breakfast - ambiance was all over the place. Condo was comfortable and quaint. The upstairs shower was a welcome treat after a day at the beach - which was within walking distance. Upstairs bed was comfortable. Since it was just two of us, we didn't use the downstairs bedroom or bathroom. Neighbors we met were great. Owner was a joy to work with. Would definitely want to return again. We have nothing but fond, fond memories.

Let me begin by saying the pictures of this place do it no justice. Excellent two floored, two bedroom condo with two bathrooms (one has shower, one has a jumbo old time tub). Cozy enough for a family to live in, romantic enough for a couple, but in no way ideal for a loudly partying college aged group. Pool is in a secluded area on the side of the building and is hemmed in by lush plant life that makes you feel like you are somewhere private, and not on the border of crappy regular wildwood and the more fancy wildwood crest. Pretty inexpensive when you take into account all you get. We rented last minute with no problems, though I advise bringing toilet paper since none was available for us (we checked in last minute though, so I blame that). Some of the things not mentioned by the owner are that board games like scrabble, pictionary, and backgammon are on site, as well as a few vhf movies. There is also a blow up mattress there if need be, and a fire pit in the pool area if you feel like bringing some wood. Back deck is aligned perfectly to watch sunrises over your morning coffee, neighbors were very friendly and resonably quite, and the location is around the corner from a primo's and a few blocks from Duffers. Renting this condo is a score on many levels, and we were nothing but pleased with our two nights there. p.s.- The AC unit works well for the upstairs, but I suggest bringing a box fan for the downstairs bedroom. Unit has ceiling fans throughout, plus one oscelating fan, but as a person who is generally hot, an extra would have been needed if I slept downstairs
