This quality, spacious and secluded contemporary design overlooks scenic Seth's Pond, the largest freshwater pond on the Island. Large living room with 10 foot high sliding glass doors opens to beautiful views of the pond . Master bedroom comes with comfortable queen bed, small reading balcony, and bathroom with two person Jacuzzi. There is a fully equipped large kitchen.
House also has large sunroom, and a deck running the full length of the back, facing Seth's pond. Barbeque grills with picnic tables provided. Other amenities; washer/dryer, cable/DVD/VCR,wireless internet small library, wood-burning stove, and outside shower.
Attached guest house has two bedrooms, one bath, a fully equipped living room/kitchen area. Also has beautiful view of the pond through the sliding glass doors, or off the deck, with picnic table and grill. Master bedroom has a queen bed. Other amenities; washer/dryer, cable/VCR, and outside shower.
Enjoy swimming, fishing and boating on the Pond (we have a small rowboat) or take a walk to the beautiful, private Lambert's Cove Beach (beautiful sunsets over the ocean).
This 3700 square foot house is situated on three wooded acres, and is centrally located between Vineyard Haven and Edgartown. Great for extended family and friends - comfortably sleeps 10-12 persons. Some car ferry reservations June 27th week $3500 July 4th week $3800.
