Sharm El Sheikh apartment description
The apartment consists of a kitchen / dining area, a lounge with balcony, a double bedroom with balcony, a bathroom & a private roof terrace with sun loungers, table & chairs & sofa.
The kitchen is equipment with a 4 ring hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, large fridge / freezer, sink and washing machine. There is cutlery & crockery for 4 people & pots & pans. There is a dining table & 4 chairs.
The lounge has a TV with satellite channels, L shaped sofa bed (sheets & quilt provided), coffee table & large rug & is air-conditioned with a remote control unit. A balcony from the lounge overlooks the pool.
The bathroom has toilet, sink & bath with shower. Two sets of hand & bath towels are provided.
The air-conditioned bedroom has a double bed with quilt & bed linen, a dresser unit, wardrobe with hanging & folding space. There is a balcony from the bedroom overlooking the rear of the complex.

A great 5 days in the sun!
A great 5 days in the sun!
Spent 5 days here in November and had a really good time. Apartment was bright, clean and tidy with everything you would hope to find (including a new flat screen LCD with HDMI). Roof terrace was a sunbathers paradise and had a nice breeze and comfy sun loungers. Complex is large with an amazing pool which wasnt too cold either which is the norm for most pools in Sharm in November. We seemed to be the only ones in the pool most of the time which was another plus point (low numbers due to unrest but visitor numbers are picking up now). Union Jack bar is at the complex entrance as are a few mini-markets. Food was mediocre at best (all meat overcooked) but very good prices, Also has live sky sports. Location is within walking distance of nightlife / restaurants but you may need a taxi home due to the large food portions! Local beach is about a 10 minute walk (although took us 30 as we didnt know which way to go initially). We would definitely rent the apartment again if we visit this part of Sharm again.

Excellent Apartment for Rent
First I would like to thank Lee and Brian for all their help. Communication with Lee is very easy; whatever information I needed before booking, he responded very quickly and precisely. The booking process is easy and the confirmation came immediately. Lee also organized my pick up at the airport by the keyholder Brian, a very friendly and kind person I already knew from a previous stay. The check-in at the reception was very quick and without hassle. The apartment is very large for a one bed room apartement and perfectly equipped. There are a lot of towels. No need to bring your own. It is located at a convenient 5 minute walking distance to the center of Nabq, where a lot of restaurants offer food all day long. Or you can take just outside the gate one of the minibuses to Naama or to the Old Market. From the private roof terrace you have a beautiful 360 degree view of the mountains, the sea, the pool and the gardens. The pool is enourmous, perfect for swimming and it is situated in the beautiful garden. The whole environment is very green and quiet. This apartment is truly a very good value and I recomment it to everybody who wants to spend a nice, quiet, relaxing vacation time in Sharm.

Firstly I must apologise to Lee, this review is well over due. We have now stayed at the apartment twice, first time over the Christmas and New Year 2012 and again end of June / July 2013 both occasions for two weeks. The apartment itself has everything you need to make the most out of your holiday. It is clean, well-furnished and equipped with everything you will need. It has a lovely big sun terrace that is also well furnished for you to relax and soak up the sun. The apartment is perfectly located for the beach, and the shops, restaurants and bars, but also where you can just sit back and relax to take in the views of the mountains and sea. All the shops, bars and restaurants that have already been mentioned in previous reviews are all highly recommended. The complex itself has a lovely big pool that is lovely and warm in the summer but quite chilly in the winter. The staff on the complex itself are pleasant and helpful a simple hello and thank you that’s all you need and they will go out of their way to help you as and when needed. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone, you will not be disappointed. The booking process is very easy, the communication from the start was quick and easy, Lee answer’s all your questions no matter how small. I would also recommend letting Lee arrange your transfer’s to and from apartment, you walk out and there is Brian waiting for you, no waiting around, then straight on to the apartment 10 minutes and your there. Brian will also show you all you need to know and he is only a call/ text away if you need him. Thank you very much Lee for the use of your apartment again, we will be booking again for sure

Very nice apartment with everything you need
Had a lovely week staying in this apartment it has everything you need to make it feel like home... Enjoyed the roof terrace, the TV had very good channels especially good choice of movies some Arabic some English, the washing machine was handy and straight forward to use. The bed was very comfy and air con was a god send as got very hot at times. Shower nice just make sure u have enough money on the water meter as the toilet dosnt flush if it runs out! The actual apartment was very nice couldn't fault it at all! The only negative which isn't lees fault is I found the pool area very dull and boring absolutely nothing going on at all and some people might like that but I'm a people person like to meet and chat with new people and apart from the egyptian residents and workers there was no one! However after 2 days I did come across a lady who recommended I walk over to the sharm bride hotel which is literally round the front of the entrance to the apartment and I asked a life guard if I could sunbathe there and it was ok to do that just couldn't use the all inclusive but I could still use the swim up bar I just paid £10 and got more than my monies worth in drinks :) The pool was much nicer there was music entertainment and a few english family's we got to know but like I said some people like peace and quiet and some like that holiday feeling so here you get best of both worlds! The location was ok and apart from a few shops supermarket and pharmacy we preferred to jump on a bus for 3 mins and for 2 Egyptian pounds (20p) up to the main nabq bay where you'll find some lovely restaurants and bars inc McDonald's, KFC (which delivered to our apartment) TGI'S and hard rock cafe but the Union Jack bar just outside sharm bride did lovely food and u get Free wi fi, overall if we wanted an apartment in sharm again we would 100% stay here again I would also like to add lee the owner and Brian who's based in Egypt were both very lovely and very helpful throughout the whole process thankyou so much and look forward to getting in touch to book again soon!

I have stayed at the apartment Sharm Bride a few times now and will be returning in a few weeks again.Firstly Lee is a lovely friendly helpful man and nothing is too much trouble for him. The apartment is in a great location in Nabq bay and lots of shops nearby,it is clean comfortable and has everything you need for a relaxing holiday.I particularly love the roof top terrace for sunbathing and unwinding at night. This apartment is ideal if you want a stress free holiday and thankyou Lee for the rental of your lovely apartment.

Stayed here for a week in December 2012. Booking the apartment was very easy and I had good communication with the owner. Being picked up and receiving the key was also very smooth. The apartment is nice and had everything that we needed. The roof terrace was nice, but it was a bit chilly when we were there so we didn't get a chance to use it. Good location, easy to walk or get a bus to the local supermarkets which stock everything you might need.

Just returned from another fabulous holiday in Nabq Bay and at Sharm Bride Apartments. The complex itself is nice, pool area kept very clean and tidy, and the onsite cafe is worth eating at as the chef guy makes lovely food. The owners of the apartment have kitted out the place very well, everything you could need is provided, along with a nice roof terrace to sunbathe away the days :) Booking the apartment was very easy, and I was met with the keys onsite as soon as I arrived. Would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for decent priced accomodation in Nabq. Will definately visit again

Stayed here March 2012. Very comfortable apartment with lovely pool area. Good facilites nearby. Fabulous roof terrace again with comfortable furniture and two balconies so you can always have sun or shade - whichever you prefer. Transfers can be arranged if you like - a good idea if its your first visit to Egypt. Nabq is a lovely resort but we found the best snorking was at Sharks Bay a short taxi ride away - beautiful coral reef and so very many colourful fish. The Egyptian people are an absolute joy. If you are looking to self cater in Sharm its ideal. We would definately like to return

Another BRILLIANT stay
Stayed here at Xmas and New Year so decided to stay again for 15 nights in April. Wasn't disappointed. The apartment has everything you need and has a fab roof terrace fully furnished for sunbathing, sitting chilling with a drink or al fresco dining. All furnishing to a high standard and bed linen and towels all excellent. You even have towels for the pool which is a nice touch. Its in a good location with an English pub just on the front and plenty of shops, just a small bus or taxi drive away you have a Metro and a new white knight hypermarket for all essentials. And plenty of bars and restaurants nearby and the locals are really friendly. Will stay here again and many thanks to Lee for making the booking of his apartment easy and hassle free.

About the owner: We live in Leicestershire, UK & enjoy travelling & holidays in sunny locations & kept going back to Sharm El Sheikh, year after year because of the year round sun, snorkelling & diving. We originally bought a property in Sharm in 2008 but bought this property off our friends in 2011 & we use it as a holiday home for ourselves as well as renting it to help cover the costs!
Why the Owner Chose Sharm El Sheikh:
The great thing out this property is it is located within easy walking distance of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars & the beach unlike some properties in Sharm which are 'in the middle of nowhere'. Our favourite things are the large private roof terrace & large pool which you have to yourself most of the time. Nabq Bay is a very up & coming area & is very laid back & relaxed compared to Naama Bay. There are a good selection of restaurants & bars & a nice beach walkway.

Sitting on the roof terrace either by day soaking up the sun on the sun loungers or by night having a BBQ & bottle of wine this is a special place. You have the mountains one way & the sea the other & you can look out over the large pool. We talk to so many people who go to Sharm & love the place but end up in crowded hotels having bland all inclusive food. We like to relax in our own space & do things at our own pace. We like to walk to the local restaurants or maybe pop to the local supermarket for some fresh seafood to put on the BBQ on the roof terrace & enjoy this washed down with some local wine.
