This adorable beach apartment is the perfect location in Del Mar. Park your car and enjoy walking to the beach and all the fun in this seaside hideaway town. The first thing you will see when you make the turn on 7th St. is the ocean! It’s right there! This is a fabulous waterfront beach street!

The private entry path to your apartment is filled with vibrant flowers. You’ll enjoy lots of time in the private patio with a teak table and market umbrella. This is a peaceful spot to enjoy morning coffee and read the local news. It’s quiet here except for the sounds of birds and the waves breaking in the Pacific Ocean. Yes, you’re that close to the ocean! And, you’ll appreciate the rock wall outdoor shower after a day at the beach!

From the private patio, head downstairs through the double glass doors to this spacious 650 sq. foot 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath apartment. Once inside, you’ll know why so many guests call this apartment “adorable”. It’s designer decorated and very romantic!!
The living room has a fireplace and a comfy sofa which can be converted to a sofa sleeper for 2 additional guests. Yes, there’s Direct TV and, of course, encrypted WiFi!! The open kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook an easy dinner or blend a margarita.

Don’t like sleeping in small beds? This bedroom has a KING bed! And it’s a very comfy KING bed! The bathroom is also adorable with an extra large walk-in shower – big enough for 2!!

Perfect home base for a week at the beach, Lego Land, Sea World, Padres Game, Sea Kayaking... Exceptional location. Amazingly convenient. Roberto's Taco Shop fueled our adventures... Beautiful garden outside and extremely comfortable indoors. Two adults and two kids (7 & 9) were all VERY HAPPY. The local beach was definitely our favorite spot. Dennis and Mimi were gracious hosts. Boogie boards, surf board, beach chairs, and beach umbrella were provided and very much appreciated, as we used them every day! Thanks Dennis and Mimi for providing the perfect launching pad for such a memorable family vacation.

If you are looking for an adorable, clean and charming place located near the beach with ocean views a few steps from your door, this is the place for you. The apartment can accommodate 4 comfortably, good for a family of 4. The apartment is walking distance to great restaurants, shops and best of all, the beach. The owner is very helpful and easy to work with. The details of the apartment were accurate and exceeded our expectations. The apartment is easily accessible to the freeway if you want to explore away from Del Mar. We can't wait to go back!

We had a lovely and relaxing time in this little paradise. The pictures and description were accurate and the property was maintained, equipped and decorated tastefully. It was so close to the beach the locals use and not crowded, walking and biking distance to restaurants, shops and transportation. It had everything we needed, including beach towels and umbrella. The owners were very friendly and helpful. We fell in love with the area and would like to return again. We couldn't get cell phone reception in the unit and needed to go to the front of the property, to make calls or text. The owner made us feel quite welcome and we were offered use of a nice bench to make calls, that also had a great view of the ocean. The wireless Internet was very fast and we made use of google chat and skype. It was a lovely stay.

The beach cottage was just perfect. I was able to stay for an extended period in the off-peak season. The bedroom was immaculate. Plenty of closet base, the most comfortable bed I've slept on. The bathrooms are spacious and clean. The kitchen is ample size with a stove, and toaster oven that allows you the perfect ability to cook if you'd like, or warm up a tasty take out meal. If I was coming to Del Mar, this would be my first choice to stay every time, and I would recommend this to all friends and family. I always received instant responsiveness with any question I had as a tenant, while knowing I had complete privacy at all times. The beach cottage is a perfect destination for families, romantic getaways, or friend groups.
