"CONSTANT SPRINGS" is one of 70+ cottage-style homes in Old Florida Village, a quaint new development in Santa Rosa Beach on the north side of beautiful Scenic 30-A. It is approximately 500 yards from the beach (a pleasant stroll). The cottage is located on a quiet private street in the middle of the Village which is safe for families with children. "CONSTANT SPRINGS" is ideally situated directly across from the second community pool allowing families to closely supervise their children. This community is within steps of an 18 mile bike/walking path that hugs the coastline along the Gulf of Mexico and will take you to several other adorable beach communities. Convenient bike rentals with delivery and pick up are available in the area. A mountain bike trail that winds through one of the state parks is within riding distance from "CONSTANT SPRINGS".
"CONSTANT SPRINGS" is a new three bedroom, two bath, two-story beautifully decorated home that comfortably sleeps six (twin air mattress available for an extra person). The kitchen/living/dining are all open creating a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the company. The fully furnished house has all the amenities from home (including washer and dryer). The master bedroom on the first floor has king-size luxury bedding with ample closet storage for your belongings as well as a full bath. Upstairs are the two additional bedrooms and a full bath. The front upstairs bedroom has a queen-size wooden sleigh bed and overlooks one of the two pools which is located directly across the street...only steps from the porch. The rear upstairs bedroom overlooks the lake and is furnished with twin beds. It is a perfect set up for playful children or a romantic getaway! And for those of you who must "work" while away from home, you will appreciate the convenience of High-speed (DSL) internet. Wooden chairs are provided for you to relax on the front or back porches. Enjoy the convenience of a BBQ gas grill on your private back patio to prepare a meal for your family and friends. An outside shower provides a quick clean up for family members after a day at the beach or pool. Parking for two vehicles is available on the brick paver pad in front of the cottage. Additional cars may be parked across the street at the pool.
Bike rentals and umbrella/chair beach rentals are available for pickup and delivery.
Wine & Art Festival, Bike Fest, Boat Show, Classic Car Show, Parades, Concerts, Film Festival, Holiday Activities and Foot Races are available throughout the year in the near by area.

Balance is due 30 days prior to stay. Refundable $250 security deposit is required and is returned within 10 days after stay. Must be 25 years old to rent this property! We had a great stay at Constant Springs. It was a comfortable house that had everything we needed. Only down fall was different table in kitchen than in pictures. Uncomfortable stools for grandma to sit on. :)

This was our first visit to this part of Florida. We stayed at this beach house and enjoyed every second. It was very clean and had a homey feeling. We never wanted to leave. It has all the needed amenities and is much more cozy than any hotel. The neighborhood is fabulous. I would move here today if I had the cash. The beach was within walking distance, pools were clean, beautiful area. Would like to go back again.

What a wonderful house to experience Old Florida Village! My children ages 14, 15, & 16 were easily entertained going from the pool then to the beach on bikes that we had rented for the week! A wonderful change from a "Condo Box" at Destin. However, it is very convenient to Destin Commons' great shopping and dining! Our family loved Constant Springs and Santa Rosa!

New Year's Eve at Constant Springs...what a special place! The house is set in the cutest little "seaside-like" neighborhood, just a short stroll across the street to the beach. Clean, very well decorated and appropriate for a couple, family or group of friends. The relaxed atmosphere, comfortable bedding and all the amenities of home made for a terrific getaway. There's a little back porch and private driveway. We'll go back again and again....I wish my own home were this wonderful!

We took our first trip to Florida in May 2006 and stayed at Constant Springs - 3BR/2BA. House was great and looked newly furnished. Short walk to the beach and arms through from two swimming pools. Restaurants are great but loved using new grill for dinner after day on the beach. Would stay here again any time. Taras

We stayed at "Constant Springs" in November of 2005...a desperately needed weekend getaway from New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina. It was truly a wonderful and peaceful weekend. The place is beautifully furnished/decorated and in a prime area of the resort. Nice to walk into a place that is so well taken care of!Even though it was a little cool at times, being right across the street from the pool was great! A great view of the pool from the master bedroom and also the front porch! Great restaurants! Cafe Tango and Guglielmo's are a must! We are planning to visit again in the spring! Thank you "Constant Springs"!
