Charming century home in the heart of downtown where you can smell the clean ocean air. Two blocks to oceanfront park and children's playground and walking distance (3-5 blocks) to everything. . . festivals, marina, Confederation Arts Center, Victoria Row, restaurants, shops and Province House and only a short drive from world class white sand beaches.
This historic neighborhood is lined with lovely old trees and eclectic Victorian homes and is just a few minutes walk to the downtown pedestrian street where summer concerts attract children and patio diners. Enjoy the weekly farmer's market, the great little shops and cafes, the oceanfront boardwalk, the world class beaches, and dozens of festivals to enjoy. Just three and a half hours from Halifax, visitors find Charlottetown both lively and serene and a good central location for day trips.
The house has hardwood floors and period details but has been nicely updated. There is a formal dining room, grassy fenced back yard, recently renovated and fully stocked eat in kitchen with stainless steel appliances, three bedrooms (one with bunk beds) an attic loft, and two newly renovated bathrooms. The deck and backyard are great for grilling burgers and sipping drinks after a day of sightseeing.
