Our condo is located in Greenhaven which has a nice onsite pool complex seconds away from the condo. In addition there is a wonderful lazy river, water playground, pool complex a mile away.
The unit is located on the first floor, four bedroom and three full baths (approximately 2000 square feet). The condo is five years old and located in Greenhaven next to the Avian Forest community tucked between the Reserve and Tradition golf courses.
The condo is located approximately one half mile from the Litchfield Beach Resort which you will have rights to use, as our guests. The Litchfield Resort has access to one of the finest beaches in South Carolina. The Resort has seven, private, lighted tennis courts (free), a fitness center (free), a Starbucks, Webster's Restaurant, a gift shop, jogging and bike paths, and a spectacular lazy river and pool complex which you will also have the right to use and a luxurious onsite pool.
The condo has four bedrooms, two are kings which can be separated into two extra long twins and the other two bedrooms have two separate extra long twin beds. Each bedroom has a TV and DVD player. The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and is fully equipped for all your cooking needs.
The dining area accommodates eight comfortably for meals, and the living room has two sofas, a plush chair, and a 37 inch TV/VCR or HDTV with cable. There are two screened-in porches. Linens and housekeeping are provided. The Greenhaven pool is a 30-second walk away. All of the units are equipped with WiFi.
From a golfer's perspective, you are a five-minute drive to Caledonia, True Blue, Willbrook, Pawleys Plantation, The River Club, Heritage, The Tradition, and the Litchfield Country Club. Golfing is a year-round event in our wonderful laid-back community.There are also Golf Only Packages Available.
We are less than 30 minutes away from Myrtle Beach, Broadway at the Beach, water rides, Margaritaville and all the fun and excitement that Myrtle Beach has to offer. Murrel's Inlet is a 10-minute drive and is the seafood capital of South Carolina which offers over 60 great restaurants, fishing, parasailing and crabbing. Georgetown, the third oldest city in South Carolina with a quaint seaport, is a 20 minute drive, and offers rice plantation tours and historical places to visit.
Brookgreen Gardens (less than two miles away), one of the top five botanical gardens in the US, has sculptures, gardens, nature walks, alligator viewing, a mini zoo, and a riverboat ride. Charleston, with all of its charm and grace, is the new "hot spot" for fine dining according to the New York Times (March 15, 2006). It is approximately 65 miles south of Litchfield. Touring Charleston, you can enjoy carriage rides, plantation tours and a visit to the historic markets.
There are two major grocery stores and several restaurants less than half a mile away, and also a Blockbuster.
The major reasons why families and golfers love our area, the oldest seaside resort in America, are the wonderful white eight-mile, long sandy beaches, where you can rent bikes and ride them on the beach at low tide and the plethora of championship golf courses.
Terms: minimal rental three days; 50% deposit upon making the reservation and the remainder is due 30 days before arrival. There is a $300 refundable security deposit (separate check and will not be cashed) which will be returned after an inspection of the condo for damage or loss of household items.

I'm writing to tell you and your wife what a wonderful time we had in your condo. The size was perfect for our family. Everyone had their own space and that made living together much easier. We were very pleased with the comfort level your condo offered everything from the beds to the kitchen was great. Thank you for being available during the check in process. We hope to visit Litchfield again and use your facilities. We definitely made some unforgettable memories.
