Our Montecito two Bedroom Guest Cottage is just completely re-modeled, & completely furnished. (Montecito is an exclusive area in Santa Barbara) The early american "cottage" style house stands alone with a private entrance. Just three blocks to the famed "Miramar Beach", and one mile up the road to "Lower Coast Village" that has up-scale shopping & dining.
Three full size public golf courses within 20 minutes. Bicycle paths all the way to "Stearns Wharf Pier", great seafood. Straight off the pier and up State Street five minutes is downtown, full of restaurants, shopping, movies & theatre. Back at the house there are two bedrooms, one bath, a good size front room, full kitchen, (with all utensils, and cooking gear), a new large deck, and a garage, (may not fit large pick-ups, & SUV's like Hummer or Escalade). The interior is beachy-marine in style, both bedrooms have a queen size bed.
