Fabulous All Season retreat at the 8 mm in Sunrise Beach; "Twin Island Retreat" has 365 feet of unobstructed lakeview on a gently sloping point that enables you to enjoy the lake action (boating, jetskiing, swimming, etc.) in Spring and Summer, beautiful Fall brings colorful foilage and great fishing, and Winter brings a quiet magic with a good chance of seeing an eagle just about every day, holiday lights on and off the water.
April 1 to October 31 - Twin Island is a 5 bedroom, 4 bath, 2 kitchen, 2 living room, 2 dining room, laundry, meeting room, 4200 sq. ft. amazing house overlooking two twin islands which act as a buffer for the busy wave action during the on-season.
Oct. 1 to April 30, the upper or lower level of the Retreat can be rented separately - as a 3/bedroom, 2/bath (upper level) or 2/bedroom, 2/bath (lower level). Gorgeous lakeviews of twin islands, kitchen/dining room/living room)upstairs...living room/kitchen/laundry, including a 700 square foot master suite with jetted tub in the rock walled bathroom - downstairs. Decks run the length of the house both up and down, and both levels have a beautiful stone fireplace. There is also a meeting room available that can accommodate 50 people!
Located in a protected cove with a main channel view, enjoy the stars at night from your large deck or swim dock. Just a short walk from the house is an enclosed hot tub building with music, tv and privacy. Just a few feet from your door is a game room complete with pool table, ping pong, foos ball, darts, air hockey, tv, game table, and high speed internet access! 100% NON SMOKING FACILITY INSIDE any buildings.
