Why the Owner Chose Naples Park
Naples Park is a 5 mile square setting of homes with a mix of those built in the 60's to new homes being built today. It is easy access to the Tamiami Trail, (¼ mile) which will take you anywhere from Tampa in the North to Miami on the Southeast coast.
There is an abundance of things to do, places to eat and attractions to visit. The area hosts a Water Park, Vanderbilt Beach, Great Outdoor Restaurants, Boating, Fishing Golf and Sunsets. Fifth Ave sports some of the nicest boutiques and Restaurants while Tin city is a “gotta see” attraction.
Naples Park was built with avenues that are a ¼ mile between each other and streets that are about a 1/10th of a mile between. This is great if you like to walk. Simply decide how far you want to walk and add up the numbers.
If you want to go to the beach, it is 1 ¼ miles from our home. You can walk or bike or if you choose, drive. Public Parking is readily available. You can have lunch on the outside deck of the Ritz Carlton or that of the Turtle Club. Leave you towels and just walk up from the beach.
Golf is everywhere and we a set of both Lefty and Righty Clubs are provided for your use.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Clorinda and I feel the truly unique feature of our home is that it has everthing ready and waiting for you. The little items are there (Paper towels, Trash bags, TP, Napkins, Plastic ware, Dish soap, detergent, bleach, etc.) It's all there!
If you want to lie on the beach, your towels, beach chairs and umbrella is waiting alongside coolers and beach toys. If you want the pool the floats and Pool Toys are waiting for you.
If you want to golf, call in a tee time on line at the many public courses.

Welcome to our Home! We are Clorinda and Jimmy. Thank you for taking the time to allow us to introduce ourselves to you, We live full time North of Boston, Clorinda as a Hair Stylist and myself as the owner of an Air Conditioning Company.
We've been fortunate enough to see a lot of areas of the country and have also had some out of country experiences. There's always the trips that you feel you never are in one spot long enough to enjoy it, living mostly out of a suitcase and seemingly leaving before you really settled in. Having a home in Naples with furnishings we are comfortable with has made vacationing far more relaxing. We have a base of operations and come and go, without ever needing to pack or unpack.
We converted our home in 2005 to a vacation home putting in a new Lanai and Pool/Spa, selecting a well known and local interior designer to assist in making our home both attractive and practical. We've added landscaping, a new irrigation system, a solar heating system for the pool and pleasant surroundings.
We have placed everything in our home that we feel we would normally have in our permanent home.
To that end, Clorinda and I have left very little for our guests to want. From cooking you favorite meals with a well supplied allotment of pots, pans, cooking utensils and appliances, to lounging at the pool with plenty of floats, you'll find everything well appointed, in excellent condition and available for your use.
We block out certain times of the year and the first days of our stay are spent ensuring everything is working properly, cleaned, touched up, and replaced as necessary.
Our many guests have raved about the comfort of the home in general and of the care with which we keep our home more specifically
We are certain a stay in our home will provide you with an excellent vacation, a great sense of privacy and comfort and a place that you can call home while you are there. It truly is “Home Away”.

The house was beautiful! It is very private, and has all the amenities you need for a relaxing getaway or vacation. The house is very warm and tastefully decorated and the kitchen has everything you could want! The location is wonderful. The beach is a nice walk, and shopping options are almost across the street. The pool area is so lovely and private, that we spent most of the day just floating in the pool and in the evenings, grilling out and eating outside. We are already planning our next trip back. Just a great home.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, age 55+, girls getaway.

MY WIFE AND I RECENTLY RENTED THIS PROPERTY FOR THE MONTH OF FEBRUARY 2011. WE HAVE BEEN RENTING OTHER PROPERTIES IN NAPLES FOR THE PAST FIVE YEARS. THIS HOME IS BY FAR THE BEST OF ANY OF THOSE PREVIOUSLY RENTED. WE FOUND THE PICTURES TO ACCURATELY REPRESENT THIS WONDERFUL PROPERTY. WE FOUND THE HOME TO BE VERY CLEAN AND THE LAYOUT TO BE EXTREMELY LIVEABLE. THE OWNERS THOUGHT OF EVERYTHING DOWN TO THE SMALLEST DETAIL FOR OUR CONVIENCE. THE POOL AND HOT TUB WERE ALSO EXTREMELY CLAN AND WELL MAINTAINED. THE YARD IS VERY PRIVATE FOR OUR ENJOYMENT. PROFESSIONALLY LANDSCAPED! THE LOCATION WAS PERFECT. EASY ACCESS TO PARKS, SHOPPING AND DINING. YOU CAN WALK TO THE LIBRARY, MOVIES, POST OFFICE AND A NEW LA FITNESS. YOU REALLY DON'T EVEN NEED A CAR. THE OWNERS WERE ONE OF THE BEST PARTS OF OUR RENTAL. THEY LEFT US WONDERFUL INSTRUCTIONS, LOCAL RECOMMENDATIONS AND MET OR EXCEEDED ALL OUR EXPECTATIONS.

My husband and I, our 2 children, mom/dad, their dog and ours stayed at this rental property for a week at Christmastime. The layout was open and bright. The pool and hot tub were clean, wonderful and warmed up quickly. The covered lanai was wonderful for those of us who didn't want sun. The unit was clean, the kitchen well stocked and overall we had a terrific experience. The house was conveniently located to all shopping, fish market, coffee houses, and beach. The owners were very accommodating and returned our security deposit in a timely fashion. We felt the owners really thought of everything: coolers, chairs, and beach towels for the beach, spices, plenty of cleaning and paper products on hand, nicely decorated, yet not cluttered. This property's photos and description were accurate to what we found on arrival. Thank you!
