I have a vacation home just outside of Park City Utah for rent. The home was just completed in Nov 2005. The home is divided into three levels with the first and second easily accommodating one family each, along with the third level that makes up a kids room.
We have a full time concierge service that will clean up after you leave, so no need to worry about cleaning sheets and taking out the garbage.
This beautiful spacious home has many standard amenities that escalate the tranquility of the view. Located off Highway 40 and overlooking the Jordanelle Reservoir. You are only 15 minutes from Heber City, thirty minutes from Salt Lake City and ten minutes from the slopes at Park City Mountain Resort and The Canyons.
Deer Valley Ski Resort is nearly out your back door. You will feel fortunate to enjoy the year round recreation activities available in Park City, from world-class skiing to epic mountain biking to several reservoirs within a thirty minute drive to fill your water sport desires. You are also twenty minutes from a peaceful day of fly fishing on the Provo River.
Home Amenities Include: Four Bedrooms, one of these rooms has two bunk beds. Four Bathrooms, with a large master bath, tub fits two. Around 4000 square feet of living space.
Washer and Dryer. 42 inch LCD in great room; Direct TV; 75 inch DLP TV in custom movie room; Full Kitchen; Large garage that can fit two full-size SUV's (Denali, Suburban, Expedition, ect). Driveway and surface streets plowed once a day.
