This beautiful three bedroom chalet is located inside the amenity filled Saw Creek Estates. You and your family can enjoy yourselves with access to 2 indoor pools, four outdoor pools, 2 indoor tennis courts, 10 outdoor tennis courts,2 indoor racquetball courts, fitness center, basketball courts (sometimes indoor), volleyball court, softball field, shuffleboard, horseshoes, jogging trails, ski area (open on weekends and holidays) and 2 lakes - Paddleboats, fishing, & Mill Pond beach area. You can also eat at the famous Top of the World Restaurant.
Home includes one queen-size bed, one full-size bed, one full and a twin-size bed.
There is also a fold out couch and a sectional couch in the basement.
The game room basement has a slate pool table, dartboard, bar, TV, DVD player, stereo, board games and washer/dryer.
The living room has a 34" TV, DVD player, VCR, and Playstation 2 which you can enjoy in front of a large stone faced fireplace.
Upstairs there is a two-person Jacuzzi tub with a built in heater.
This home has two full baths. There is a stone faced fireplace in the livingroom with cathedral ceilings, open floor-plan with a wrap around couch with two built in recliners as well as an additional recliner.
There is a screened in porch off the kitchen and a balcony deck off two of the three bedrooms. You can also eat and relax in the lighted picnic area on the side of the house.
