My wife and I just spent a week at these accommodations and found them to be ideal for our needs. The furnishings were comfortable, the location ideal for walks in downtown Victoria, and the view over the harbour outstanding. We often had our breakfast while watching the activities in the water. We were just a block away from Chinatown and got our fill of Dim Sum. Just outside the condo was also a restaurant called the Canoe which was also excellent for locally brewed beer and had great service. Overall, the facilities were excellent and we would certainly rent again if we ever decide to make a similar trip to beautiful Victoria.

Great place to stay in Victoria if you want to be in the heart of the city, perfect for a single traveller or couple. Walking distance to many great spots along the water, downtown, restaurants, live music, brew pubs and shopping. Perfect spot for someone wanting to explore the city by foot. Clean, comfortable and secure building, two balconies, parkade spot if required for a car. Overall a great spot.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our month's stay in this condo. We found it to be comfortable, in a great location that was close to lots and lots of things. The photos provided by the owner were accurate and the area turned out to be better than expected. We walked everywhere or took the local transit- bus and train - and tour coaches as well as the ferry taxi's and even the ferry to Vancouver. So a rental car was not needed. The harbor is a great place to be for people watching, festvals, restaurants, museums, boating, you name it. Chinatown is right there and there are too many great restaurants/pubs, shops , etc. to mention. You have to see for yourself.

Condo was bright, sunny, quiet enough, cleaned before arrival, and tastefully furbished, included all amenities. Fantastic habour sunset views from from terrasse! Underground parking and washing machine were particularly useful. We loved the historic train passing the folding-up bridge twice every day. Location in Victoria was central enough to reach cafés and restaurants nearby. City centre was a 20 min walk away. Surrounding streets are dominated by social aid station and home for socially handicapped. Booking procedure and contact to owner was very nice and uncomplicated.

Sweet spot to go when I travel to Victoria couple of times a year. Close to everything, great area for walking and running. Access to waterfront and Galloping Goose trail is easy. Kayak and bike rentals just across the street. I used to rent a car but found that I did not use it much unless you want to travel outside Victoria. The unit is great, is echo friendly and has everything you need. An old clunker bike locked in the garage parking spot would be a great addition, also would a pair of binoculars to watch the seals, birds, rowers and boating activity on the waterfront would also be nice. I always forget my pair.
