A recently renovated, bayfront cottage with breathtaking sunset views, a white sand beach and pier for fishing and boating. In addition, guests are eligible to experience the many amenities at the Beach Club, a private beachfront resort located across the street. Amenities include, beautiful beaches, indoor and outdoor pool, fitness center, tennis, kid camps, casual and fine dining along with shopping. The Bayshack has 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. 2 bedrooms are located upstairs and 1 bedroom is downstairs.
Home is also located within minutes of two championship golf courses: Kiva Dunes and The Peninsula. Property offers a peaceful environment(no high rise elevators to deal with) which is convenient to all activities we love to enjoy while at the beach.
