Thank you for the wonderful weekend. We had a blast getting the crossbreeze through both balconies. We danced and laughed, played on the beach and walked downtown. I also enjoyed the NC Aquarium!!! Well worth the 10-min drive. The Veggie Wagon across the street is simply wonderful! Everything we need is here. We finally relaxed and I can't thank you enough! FYI - Saturday morning market was still here on Oct 1. OWNER NOTE: The Veggie Wagon has amazing fresh baked bread and without preservatives :-)

We had an exciting week here - to say the least. Getting ready to leave early due to Irene's wrath (after a gorgeous day!) Thank you for taking care of the air-conditioning issues. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your place! Great view and easy access to everything. The only problem we had was with the A/C, it seemed to stay at 79. Other than that, it was perfect! We very much enjoyed our stay at the beach. We love the location. One constant drip in your toilet was annoying. You may be losing H20. Thanks again for the great accommodations! OWNER NOTE: the leak/drip has been fixed

Thanks so much for letting us stay in your condo! Very nicely decorated - comfy bed & sofas - great views - wonderful time :-) Only one complaint: we couldn't get the sound to work on the hard drive movies during a rainy afternoon - maybe you could add a fix on the instructions :-) I hadn't been to the Carolina Beach area in 30 years and we really enjoyed our stay! Thanks again! OWNER RESPONSE: the hardrive connections have been fixed and labeled

Thank you so much for renting out your condo to us! My kids loved the comfy sofa bed & TV & your bed was very comfortable to sleep in!! It was very nice to not have to worry about sheets or cleaning as well. Your place had everything I need to survive a quick getaway! I'd love to come back! p.s. maybe the only thing my kids wanted to add ... was to bring our pug "sparky" next time

We just got home last night from a long weekend stay at your condo, and absolutely hated to leave. The condo was clean, the kitchen well stocked, and the location absolutely perfect for us. We enjoyed walking to the lake, walking to get ice cream, and best of all, the short walk to the beach. When not on the beach, it was nice to relax either inside on the comfy couches or outside on the porch rocking chairs. It was an absolutely great vacation and we look forward to staying here again.

We stayed over the Labor Day Weekend and loved the area. You can walk to everything including the restaurants and shops. The beach and the lake park are across the street, so convenient. It is a nice, family beach area - we will come again! The unit had everything we needed and we loved the porch facing the ocean. The pool was also refreshing when the waves were too rough to get in the ocean.

Owner response:Our condo doesn't have a pool available (unfortunately). The one across the street officially belongs to another condo complex.

The views were really nice despite being 2nd row and the free wireless was great (although we had to reset it to get started). We did not like the pillow-top on the bed so also took it off while there. The kitchen was very well-equipped and we enjoyed making meals there. We could have used fewer fake flowers too, but we liked the art on the walls. It was a very comfortable unit overall and great location to the walkway to the beach.

The view was lovely and the town quaint. But we were disappointed in the amenities...no bars of soap in bathroom; too many fake plants (we hid them away during our stay); no reading lamp on one side of bed (we moved one in from the LR); horribly uncomfortable tempurpedic-type pillow top on bed (we removed it during our stay); no instructions about where to throw garbage or how to use TV remotes; keys didn't work well (one didn't work at all); We are renters ourselves in NYC and take really good care of our guests and were, therefore, disappointed.

Owner response:We will add second lamp in bedroom and intructions for garbage disposal and TV remote use (for both TVs).

Our week stay at the condo was great. The location was perfect - walking distance to the Boardwalk, the ice cream shop and a few restaurants. Althought the uit was not oceanfront, it was very a 2 minute walk. The condo was very comfortable and well equipped. And we really loved having the Internet access. Thanks again for a great time and we would definately consider renting this unit again.

My husband and I stayed at this condo for 4 days in May and had a great time. I really liked the way it was decorated. It felt like home and had everything we needed. The internet connection was great and the beach is very close eventhough it is not oceanfront. The weekend we went, we watched the Shriner's parade from the bedroom balcony. I would definately stay there again.

I flew all the way from California to stay at this condo and it was well worth it. There were 4 of us and I claimed the very comfortable couch...oh, and can't beat the free wireless! sunset view over the lake from the balcony was nice too...

This condo on Carolina Beach was a great getaway after finals. It's only a one minute walk to the beach on one side and there is a gorgeous lake park on the other side. The condo inside is very well decorated and comfortable and comes with all the amenities needed.
