  I really enjoyed my stay at mystic ridge went i arrived i loved it the apartment was very nice and clean the staff are very polite, friendly and helpful i made some new friends im going to keep in touch with i think the restaurant should have a lot more opinions in food even though we cooked most days or got a takeaway one thing i didnt like in the apartment they didnt empty the bins as often as they should have walking up and down the hill was very tiring i think i lost weight lol some days we got a taxi back up i would recommend mytic ridge i cant wait to come back thanks mystic ridge

  First class location and amenities more than you require. Customer sevice was of a high standard and the locals were very helpful and kind. Local attractions only 5 to 15 minutes away, with the beach 1 minute walk from apartment. I would recommend this holiday rental to my friends. Excellent value for money. p0eter

  The listing description was accurate regarding the location, layout, facilities, etc. The owner provided an excellent service on arrival and during our stay, even replacing the keys we lost at no cost. The property was clean, was it well-maintained. We would recommend this property to our friends and relatives.   The property was clean, and well-maintained to a good standard. The resort had all the facilites one will require. Local area had all the activities, attractions and restaurants within 15 minutes ride. Resort location was only 7 minutes walk to town and beach. I would recommend this property to a friend or relative, lt is very good value for your money. Scott

  The description regarding the location, layout, facilities was accurate and first class. the property was well kept and the resort had all the facilites you require Having 2 bathrooms solve all the problems ln the morning for our large group. plenty of activities, attractions and restaurants in the area. Local buses are very slow, always stopping to pick up passangers, i would recommend local taxi. Lewis

  I was very disappointed in this property. The unit is not nearly as new as the pictures indicated. The decor is tired and worn out. But my biggest issue was that the owner neglected to share with us prior to arrival that fact that the resort was under MAJOR construction during our visit. I am talking, removing floors with jackhammers, knocking out windows, replacing entire interiors etc. The noise started at 8am every single morning and ran until 6-7pm at night. We literally had to 'run away' from the noise each day for two straight weeks! Since the owner was not honest and advised us of this work up front BEFORE we rented the property I would not trust them to be honest in their representation of the unit - which was also true. DO NOT RENT this property. The resort is very nice and there are better looking units available from others. Search them out but wait until AFTER December 15th when the construction is "suppose" to be completed.

  Owner response: I was not informed by the resort on the start of the updating of the apartments. If the guest had informed me, i would made alternative arrangements. I was informed by the guests the day after their departure. The guest complaint of the noise I agreed with fully. I accept that the noise was not acceptable and agreed to refund them. I do apolgise for the construction work that took place during their stay. We have now stop taking bookings until the 15 December due to the update of the apartments in the resort. E. Yarde

  Jamaica is an island you have to visit, it has every feature you required for a five star holiday. The resort offer you evert thing you require ( lawn tennis, swimming pool , restaurant, hot pool, night functions etc. Our apartment was five star and all facilities was available. It was six of us (3 couples) and there was more than enough room for all of us. See you next year jamaica.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

  stayed in the 2 B/R apartment ad found it to be clean, spacious and has all that a family with a baby required. the service in the restaurant was first class and highly recommended even though there is a wide selection of food locally.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers.

  The Perfect Holiday, excellent value for money. Clean, comfortable and very well equipped. The pool is fantastic, a great size with plenty of sun lounges and great service. We also loved the tennis court and beach. Everything was within walking distance. . The Resort is fabulously located in the centre of Ocho, the supermarket, bank, post office, designer shops, and the many renowned restaurants are all located within a stones throw away and we spent many a fun night in Ocho – fantastic quality food with reasonable prices. The Resort was very first class, which meant our stay was peaceful and relaxing. Most importantly, the staff are so friendly. Can’t wait to return.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

  Myself, partner, 2 babies and mum recently stayed in this property. This propery is well maintained, clean and spacious. The location is right in the centre of Ocho Rios and has easy access to all amenities. I would advise though that there is a very steep hill from the security gate up to the apartment - with 2 buggies is certainly made me fit... I would definately recommend this property, it would suit all types of holiday makers. I would recommend Evita's Italian - excellent food. There is also the usual KFC, Burger King etc nearby. Also we did no know until our last week but the continental breakfast at the apts is free to all guests.
