  Our family stayed in this wonderful home during Christmas, 2011 and decided to rent the property again in 2012. Given the number of great vacation choices, our return to the same property is a first for us and a testament to the high quality of this property and its' location. The home is well-designed and the furnishings are extremely comfortable. Life on the "Crooked Oaks" course 17th fairway is fun and always interesting even for non-golfers (the live oak tree with its accompaniment of spanish moss that sits between the property and the fairway is one reason-see the advertising photo,which doesn't do it justice). In 2012, the owners remodeled the master bath and master bedroom to great effect. The new sand-colored tile considerably brightens the room. The owners are always helpful making golf reservations and providing information regarding non-Seabrook courses. Seabrook Island and the Charleston area amenities provide a perfect backdrop-good shopping and great restaurants. The "Hominy Grill" on Rudledge in Charleston is fabulous (two visits) and the 'Ryder Cup Lounge" at the Ocean Course on Kiawah provided a fine lunch after a round of golf. The Seabrook beaches are convenient to the property and some of the best around. If you've never seen dolphin "stranding", the wide, flat beach at Captain Sands' Inlet is a can't miss. The beach at the beach clubhouse inspired our son to propose marriage to his fiancee-another unforgettable Seabrook event. Highly recommended.

  Thank you for allowing us to use your wonderful home. This is undoubtedly the nicest, most family friendly and relaxing vacation home that we have ever stayed in. the kitchen and open floor plan are well designed and comfortable. All furniture is comfortable to use. Some of the 17th fairway activities were entertaining and we collected a fer golf balls to add to the owner's collection. We enjoyed great beach weather (in late December, believe it or not) and both golf courses were worth the effort. To top it off, the owner provided a Christmas tree with lights that we truly appreciated. An aside: we have eaten two great dinners at Hank's in Charleston, which is a fine town to visit. Highly recommended!

  Our family has been vacationing on Seabrook for more than 20 years. During 18 of those we were fortunate to have access to our parent's place. Having sold that, we now have to rent. This has by far been the best experience we've ever had. The house is clean, beautifully decorated, with an updated kitchen and has a wonderful layout. It has a very spacious downstairs and could easily accomodate two families. We definitely plan to rent this home again!

  Such a wonderful home! Four couples visited for a long weekend and there was ample space for each. The house was beautifully and comfortably decorated. The kitchen was well appointed for cooking and grilling. I highly recommend this property! If/when we return to Seabrook, we will definitely try staying here again. Thank you!!!!

  My family just returned from a month long stay at this wonderful home. We had a great time on Seabrook Island. The indoor pool and gym were very nice, brand new, and clean. This house sits right on the 17th Fairway of Crooked Oaks golf club. The kitchen is huge and very nice everything you could ever need in a kitchen. The bedrooms are decorated very nice and beds are comfortable. 2 car garage, large Deck, Screened in Porch, fireplace, very good office, Wireless Highspeed Internet, comfortable furniture, etc. Everything we needed and more were there. We would have stayed longer if we had more time, it was really great. The house is in a good spot in the neighborhood, where it is very quiet and peacefuld with many trees, etc. Yet 5 minutes to the water, 5 minutes to the Beach house, a short drive to the gym and indoor pool. Mike and ResortQuest were very easy to deal with and we will definitely be going back next year. Thanks again Mike for opening up your beautiful home to me and my family, we loved it! The Baileys

  This home was perfect. The location was perfect. We enjoyed riding bikes every where we went. The home is beautiful and was so well prepared for us. We will definitely be back.

  Truly a beautiful and comfortably appointed home. The photos don't do it justice, as it literally took our breath away when we entered! Plenty of room for two families, and wonderful for entertaining. We enjoyed lazy afternoons on the screened in porch, riding the bikes provided to the beach and pool, sunrise beach walks, and cooking delicious dinners in the gourmet kitchen. High Speed Internet Access was a real plus as well! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home on Seabrook. We will definitely be back!

  Beautiful and well equiped home. The kitchen is amazing! The screened porch is relaxing. Enjoyed early mornings walks, swimming at the beach and pools and bike riding. Thanks for the use of the bikes, crab nets, beach chairs, and the tools came in handy to fix the kids bikes. A great house and island and we would love to return!

  My family stayed in the home and we absolutely loved it! It was a close walk to the beach and the view overlooking the golf course was beautiful! It was the perfect home to relax and enjoy our vacation. We hope to return next year!
