Stunning four bedroom, three and a half bath home in the sought after Hidden Oaks neighborhood of Seabrook. This home has been awarded a "Platinum" (highest) rating from the local rental company because of its attention to every detail. The home has been tastefully decorated by a local designer.
If you are looking for a rental home to have an active yet quiet vacation, then this is the home for you. You will save money by renting just off the ocean. Pelican beach is a five minute walk from our front door and the Beach Club is either a ten minute walk or one minute drive.
The main floor has a large foyer which leads to a open and bright living room with fireplace. The custom designed kitchen is a chefs' dream with an island for cooking plus a wrap around counter for entertaining and social hour. Through the sliding doors puts you on the deck or enjoy your meals from the spacious screened porch. The home has ample space for two families or a group of golfers.
The home features four large bedrooms. The master suite is on the main floor and has a king bed. The upstairs has one queen room and two twin rooms. The first twin room could be called the kid's retreat. It includes twin beds, two couches (one is a sleeper), a sitting chair and TV/DVD/VCR. The room also includes a full private bathroom.
Island activities include golf privileges on the two private courses, and an additional six courses within 10 minutes of the gate. Only residents and guests are allowed through the gate, which gives you peace of mind when traveling with children.

Thank you for allowing us to use your wonderful home. This is undoubtedly the nicest, most family friendly and relaxing vacation home that we have ever stayed in. the kitchen and open floor plan are well designed and comfortable. All furniture is comfortable to use. Some of the 17th fairway activities were entertaining and we collected a fer golf balls to add to the owner's collection. We enjoyed great beach weather (in late December, believe it or not) and both golf courses were worth the effort. To top it off, the owner provided a Christmas tree with lights that we truly appreciated. An aside: we have eaten two great dinners at Hank's in Charleston, which is a fine town to visit. Highly recommended!

Our family has been vacationing on Seabrook for more than 20 years. During 18 of those we were fortunate to have access to our parent's place. Having sold that, we now have to rent. This has by far been the best experience we've ever had. The house is clean, beautifully decorated, with an updated kitchen and has a wonderful layout. It has a very spacious downstairs and could easily accomodate two families. We definitely plan to rent this home again!

Such a wonderful home! Four couples visited for a long weekend and there was ample space for each. The house was beautifully and comfortably decorated. The kitchen was well appointed for cooking and grilling. I highly recommend this property! If/when we return to Seabrook, we will definitely try staying here again. Thank you!!!!

My family just returned from a month long stay at this wonderful home. We had a great time on Seabrook Island. The indoor pool and gym were very nice, brand new, and clean. This house sits right on the 17th Fairway of Crooked Oaks golf club. The kitchen is huge and very nice everything you could ever need in a kitchen. The bedrooms are decorated very nice and beds are comfortable. 2 car garage, large Deck, Screened in Porch, fireplace, very good office, Wireless Highspeed Internet, comfortable furniture, etc. Everything we needed and more were there. We would have stayed longer if we had more time, it was really great. The house is in a good spot in the neighborhood, where it is very quiet and peacefuld with many trees, etc. Yet 5 minutes to the water, 5 minutes to the Beach house, a short drive to the gym and indoor pool. Mike and ResortQuest were very easy to deal with and we will definitely be going back next year. Thanks again Mike for opening up your beautiful home to me and my family, we loved it! The Baileys

Truly a beautiful and comfortably appointed home. The photos don't do it justice, as it literally took our breath away when we entered! Plenty of room for two families, and wonderful for entertaining. We enjoyed lazy afternoons on the screened in porch, riding the bikes provided to the beach and pool, sunrise beach walks, and cooking delicious dinners in the gourmet kitchen. High Speed Internet Access was a real plus as well! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home on Seabrook. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful and well equiped home. The kitchen is amazing! The screened porch is relaxing. Enjoyed early mornings walks, swimming at the beach and pools and bike riding. Thanks for the use of the bikes, crab nets, beach chairs, and the tools came in handy to fix the kids bikes. A great house and island and we would love to return!

The nicest place we have EVER stayed in 18 years of going to the beach. Could have easily slept more people and I could have easily slept more myself! Great golf view, ocean and inlet just minutes away. Seabrook is great and this home has to be the best deal on the island. thanks !!!
