This spacious house sleeps 8 and is warm and comfortable with a stunning garden. With up to 5 available bedrooms the accommodation is flexible and comfortable for a wide range of guest groups.Downstairs there is a large lounge with TV & wood burning stove, conservatory, dining room seats 8, well equipped kitchen including dishwasher, utility room including washing machine, double bedroom with en-suite, double bedroom, family bathroom. Upstairs double bedroom with en-suite, twin bedroom and one additional bedroom set up as a twin room but can be a double. The ground floor and garden are wheelchair accessible. The large garden is fenced, walled and gated and is a safe place for children to play however there is a large pond. All linen, towels, electricity and heating oil is provided. An adequate supply of logs are provided. Family pets are considered by prior arrangement and there is a roofed dog kennel and run. No telephone or Wi-Fi is provided but good coverage via personal mobile phone or internet dongle is available through various providers. Off road parking available for 5 cars.
Disabled access to ground floor level of house and to garden. 100 metres away is the village hall, covered sports facility and play park. There is a village shop open 7 days a week for basic provisions and daily papers. House garage is not available.

This traditional self catering Scottish house is located in the tranquil village of Tomatin, this detached spacious property with magnificent garden over looking the River Findhorn, is only 14 miles south of Inverness and 20 miles north of Aviemore.
Ideally centrally situated for touring the Highlands and on the edge of the Cairngorms National Park. There is a wealth of activities to suit all age groups. Close to home you could visit the Tomatin Distillery and Visitor Centre and Landmark Centre in Carrbridge. Visit the many Castles, Lochs, Strathspey Steam Railway and Highland Wildlife Park. Loch Ness is only a 30 minute drive away. Winter sports at Aviemore and the Cairngorms.
The immediate area with hills and woodland is ideal for walking and cycling on General Wades Military Road and Sustrans National Cycle Route 7.
