The St. Regis resort is a luxurious family-oriented facility on a beautiful 26-mile-long barrier island. The resort has two restaurants (one rooftop), a fully-stocked convenience store, on-site basketball and tennis courts, fitness room, indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub and outdoor barbeque grills. Also on-site are a children's playground, an ice cream shop and a video arcade. The resort boasts a recently completed "wi-fi" wireless internet service.
For the fisherman, the Seaview ocean pier is nearby, and on the mainland, just five miles away is the village of Sneads Ferry with charter fishing and boat rentals. For the golfer, the world class North Shore golf course lies along the intracoastal just before the bridge.
The exterior renovations to the entire St. Regis resort have just been completed and the interior of this third floor unit has also been upgraded with ceramic tile, new paint and some additional furnishings. Owing to the unique design, both bedrooms as well as the living room/dining room open on to the spacious balcony, and all rooms have beautiful ocean views.
Historic Wilmington, with the battleship "North Carolina", a superb aquarium and fine dining is an hour's drive away. |
