I have to say that I am alittle ambiguous regarding this unit. Very cute decor with a well stocked kitchen. The living space was nice although I found the furniture a bit uncomfortable. The patio was great with a nice view of the ocean and It was nice being directly off the elevator. However, the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. We had to clean the shower ourselves and we had to purchase new sheets and pillow cases for the master bed since they were stained significantly. The owner agreed to reimburse us for the cleaning fee however they failed to follow through and have not responded to my polite request to do so which I find unprofessional.
Owner response:After dealing with the same person doing my cleaning with no problems, for 3 years, I was blown away with this complaint. It was late evening before I was made aware of any problem and the renter said they had cleaned the tubs, which was the only cleaning issue brought to my attention. The day after, I was told that the linen on one of the beds was stained and it was evident that the sheet had been washed with perhaps a colorful beach towel and had colorful stains on it. After investigating, I found out that my normal cleanig crew was on vacation and the crew sent was new and didn't know what to do about the sheets and since they were cleaned, they put them on the bed. I wished it were a perfect world and I did humbly apologize. I agreed to have them pick up a new set of sheets and reimbutse them early on Sunday morning. I waited and didn't hear from the renter and followed up with a call and he said they took the new sheets home with them, so I didn't owe him for that and he didn't make mention of the cleaning fee reimbutsement at that time. My husband sent his deposit back as I had 2 immediate family members in the hospital and I was overwhelmed with those issues. I merely overlooked sending back money on his cleaning fee and overlooked his email. I am a person of my word and he has been refunded in full. I strive to keep the units cleaned and in good working order and provide good customer service.

We had a wonderful stay in this unit at the Celadon! It was clean & had a well equipped kitchen. The decor is bright & cheery with a nice beach theme. We especially liked the lower floor & that it was located right next to the elevator! The free beach chairs each day was a nice bonus! We would definitely recommend this unit to anyone. We will be staying here again!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Love the place. The unit was better than the pictures. Thed master suite was big and we loved the balcony. I would like to come back to this unit again in the future.
