Our Waterfront Condominium is a charming open and airy townhome condominium located on beautiful West Harbor Lake in Boothbay Harbor. Best of both worlds, a freshwater lake right on the saltwater harbor. Well-appointed, contemporary structure set attractively into the landscape with every comfort needed to make your stay on the Maine Coast enjoyable and relaxing.
The entry-level hallway opens to the sunken Master Bedroom suite in one direction and a well-appointed kitchen and breakfast area in the other. The kitchen is light, bright and roomy with its own breakfast table for those who enjoy doing their own cooking. There is lots of cookware, dinnerware, cups and glasses. The central dining area overlooks the sunken, fully furnished living room; the ceiling is cathedral, the fireplace is welcoming and the wall-sized windows provide views of the extensive lawn and lake.
The Master Bedroom is appointed with a Queen-sized bed, spacious walk-in closet, full bath, cathedral ceiling and a window wall with views of the water. There is a service area in the hall with a stairway to the upper sleeping level rooms, an enclosed laundry area (washer/dryer) and a roomy half bath.
The upper-level sleeping area has two bedrooms each with two twin beds. Additionally there is an alcove with a day bed suitable for younger guests. The upper level is served by a central full bath accommodation.
Outside there is a wrap-around open-air deck with gas BBQ and seating that overlooks the lawn and the water. The lawn is perfect for badminton or croquet. At the downward edge of the lawn is a wooden picnic deck with a glider for quiet, relaxing views of the water. From the picnic deck there is a path to the water's edge and a dock. (The picnic area and dock are shared with a second townhouse.) Bring your kayaks and/or canoes for cruising the lake.
The Townhouse location is ideal as a place to enjoy the amenities of the property, or as a jump-off point for exploring the shops and activities downtown (three-fourth mile). Bring your bikes for an easy ride into town. Boothbay Harbor is an extraordinary holiday resort with something for everyone...sail the harbor, whale-watching trips, shop till you drop, explore the attractions of the area or just drive around the magnificent Maine Coast.
