A separate workout area and pool table in the 1100 square foot garage. Located at 500 feet altitude and cooled by the trade winds half of a mile from the ocean, the climate is rarely humid or hot but just right. Walk to shops and world class dining in Hawi town or drive two miles to Kapaau. Major resorts are 20 minutes south and local waterside state parks less than ten. Relax and enjoy historic North Kohala birthplace of King Kamehameha.
