Our condominium, completely renovated in 2006, is ideal for a couple with up to two children or two couples. Saint George is within an hour of Zion National Park, Snow Canyon State Park, ten golf courses and miles of miles of road and mountain biking and hiking trails.
Our unit is located on the tenth hole of the St. George Golf Course, two blocks from the St. George golf course club house and one-half mile from the paved Virgin River bike trail. Day trips are possible to the North Rim of the Grand Canyon, Bryce National Park, Las Vegas and Lake Powell.
The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the guest room features a trundle bed that sleeps two. We live in Frisco Colorado and our condominium is a vacation home where we come to escape some of the cold and snow during the winter. We hope you find the same beauty that we do in the red cliffs, the beautiful sunny days and the great variety of outdoor activities.

Year Purchased: 2005
We live in the mountains of Colorado and enjoy the outdoor lifestyle. We ski, hike, bike,trail run and play tennis and golf. Gene is retired from the University of Illinois and Daphne works part-time as a consultant and does strategic planning and facilitates community initiatives. Daphne has two adult children and two grandsons.
Why the Owner Chose St. George
We love St. George, especially when there is still five feet of snow on the ground and the ski resorts are closed in Frisco, Colorado. Golf is great for Gene and inexpensive by Colorado standards. We spend a lot of time in Snow Canyon and Zion hiking and trail running. Mountain biking and tennis are great too. Our condo has a great location, hot tub, pool and tennis courts. The St. George bike trail is right out the door. Summit Athletic club is a great amenity one-half mile away.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
The proximity to the State and National Parks - Snow Canyon (a hidden gem right in St. George), Zion, Bryce and the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. Many famous hikes and mountain bike rides of the Southwest are close - Angels Landing in Zion, the Wave near Kanab and Gooseberry Mesa for mountain biking. Other attractions are the Senior Games, the St. George Marathon and the Red Rock Golf Trail.
