This charming Seven Bedroom Oceanfront home is situated on the edge of the Pacific Ocean. It is located in Beautiful North County, San Diego, where the weather is mild all year long.
Large, single family home, sitting on a bluff overlooking the Pacific Ocean. This luxurious home is fully furnished and professionally decorated, with every necessary amenity. Recent remodels include a beautiful kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances, beautiful travertine floors, all new bathrooms, and so much more! This home has a large living space, perfect for large groups wanting to spend time together. The living room is huge, and is open to the dining room and kitchen. The oceanfront patio is also very large, and includes all furniture, a barbecue, and a private oceanfront spa. You will not want to leave! All rooms are located upstairs. The master bedroom has its own balcony over looking the ocean, and a fireplace. Beach access is less than a block away.

Wake up to the sound of the ocean. Cook a delicious breakfast in your kitchen with your entire family, wander outside and eat it as you gaze out to the sea. After breakfast, plan to be at the beach all day for a day of sun, surf, play, and most of all relaxation. The beaches in San Diego are nothing short of spectacular, with wide sandy beaches and gorgeous waters year round. After a day at the beach, take stroll. Wander down to Leucadia where you will find quaint boutiques, mouth watering Mexican food, and local coffee houses, among many other places, all which are reminiscent to the classic beach city feel. Many choose to cook their meals at the vacation rental….life doesn’t get much better than having your close friends and family around, enjoying a glass of wine, preparing a scrumptious meal as you watch the sun go down on the horizon of the Pacific Ocean. Fall asleep to the sound of the lulling waves, wake up and do it again. Perhaps one day you stroll down to the farmers market, or the seaside bazaar, North County’s only flea market. At night, you may enjoy Calypso café, a small restaurant serving up great food with local bands playing every night. Or maybe you would enjoy Bar Leucadian, a neighborhood bar that has been there since 1946, and has live music, pool tables, and no cover.

We reserved this property for a very special reunion of friends from study abroad: we hadn’t seen each other in 10 years and wanted to choose the perfect fit for our group. I was so nervous/stressed out about finding the right property, but the Beachfront Only staff made the process easy and alleviated my fears. They were extremely helpful and efficient throughout the whole process: when we called Beachfront Only, the reservation staff listened carefully to our needs, and helped us to identify a property with sleeping accommodations to suit a coed group of non-related people, and they also helped us figure out a property that worked with our budget---I was extremely grateful for the help---I had no idea what to expect when we started our search! When we first walked into the property, my jaw dropped: I fell in love with the openness of the property and was impressed with how clean and comfortable the property was. The main level of the property features the kitchen and a large front room connected to a big patio overlooking the ocean---wonderful! (The hot tub was also a nice perk!) I really couldn’t believe how well-equipped the property was: the kitchen had all of the flatware and utensils we needed to prepare our meals together. All of the linens and towels were provided---even our beach towels! The front room also has a nice, big flat screen and DVD player---we were able to watch slide shows of our study abroad time together and reminisce, which really meant a lot to our group. It was so nice to be able to just arrive, relax and share our time together after being apart for so long. We also all enjoyed the surrounding community of Encinitas very much: the beach is a beautiful, white sand beach and the surrounding community has lots of great/unique shops and restaurants. Thank you Beachfront Only for helping us find the right property to share such a special occasion and make more wonderful memories together!

I stayed here with my entire family and extended family for a week and it could not have been better. There was plenty of space for everyone and the home never felt crowded. We enjoyed our evenings sitting out on the patio, sipping wine, going in and out of the spa, and watching the sunsets. Everyone commented on how comfortable the beds are, and we are all planning to rebook and return same time next year!! Check in was so easy with the keyless entry codes, and property management even called before we arrived to see if we had any questions, as well as call before our departure to ask how our stay was. Overall, a fabulous experience and can't wait to do it again next year!! It was just what we all needed.

Everyone loved every moment of our stay in your outstanding home. We wished it could have been longer as the week simply flew by too fast. I cannot say enough good things about this property. Not one little thing was wrong and it was all in such perfect condition and so very clean. I am only sorry that I cannot live there year around. This was our second Encinitas vacation through Beachfront Only, so we did not have questions or problems. The staff let us know they were available if needed. Great location on the beach, private deck, great BBQ grill, only a few houses down from beach access. Did not use the Spa, we came for the ocean! Lots of off street parking, big house, great floor plan for kids and multiple families. Love the programable coffee maker. Kitchen needs a salad spinner and more tupperware variety. Patio door is bolted down, I assume for security reasons, however , it makes taking the trash out more difficult. No real negatives just trying to be complete. We loved it and would do it again and again!

The house was much better than the website conveyed. The location is spectacular. The bedrooms are very comfortable and offer a wonderful place to spend a few days with friends and family. The master bedroom and adjacent room with window seat and views of the beach are especially wonderful. The house is very well appointed and offers great space for relaxing, dining, dancing and more.
